I found dealing with UI very good, top name brands, good prices and quick delivery is what I encountered. I live in Ireland and still most things took only 2-3 working days to arrive. Also their online support is very good, I received a response withing 20 minutes.

So I ordered a duffel bag from this site despite living in the U.S., as it was the only store I could find it in stock at a reasonable price. Customer service was wonderful; they answered my questions before even placing an order and shipped my item out using a very quick FedEx international service that they partially subsidize the cost of. However, when I opened the box I couldn't help but feel a slightly bummed at the fact that the product was fairly dirty in some places. It was by no means a deal breaker (or anything close) and the marks came out with some detergent and hand scrubbing, but I was not expecting any cosmetic wear from the item due to its new condition. Maybe it happened while in transit? Either way, I would only take off half a star if I could, and would definitely consider doing business here again regardless of the problem.

I had a lot of issues trying to get FedEx to redeliver at a suitable time, and only just managed it before the package was going to be returned to Urban Industry! Not sure if anyone else has had any issues with FedEx or not, but from my experience, I would ask you to consider changing courier. Apart from that though, I had no other problems, and won't hesitate in using Urban Industry again.

I order jeans and a t shirt but the jeans were not the colour i'd imagined and i didn't liek the t shirt when it arrived. The order was posted out adn arrived quickly - i sent them both back the next day and the refund was processed and credited to my account almost immediately.
