Searched on Google Urban Industry came up cheapest , which as we all know doesn't always mean the best .

Love Urban Industry. Great range of brands and products and shopping via their website is always hassle free. Delivery is swift and on the rare occasion that I have needed to return something the refund/exchange has been processed quickly.

I can't believe i havnt used this company before. The website is fresh, they have a good range of products and delivery was really quick. To summarise, they provide an excellent service. Only improvement would be to keep widening the range of products available. Other than that top notch!

I have ordered from Urban Industry a couple of times now and have never had any issues at all. Delivery is always very punctual, and when I have had to return items it has been easy and very simple to do so!
My only comment I would make is that sometimes stock is delivered that appears to have been either displayed or returned. ie. not tagged or in a sealed bag, and I have previously returned items that have not been of a standard I would have expected when purchasing a new product.
Overall due to the good customer service, and a very decent selection of products, I will recommend the Urban Industry online store to anyone.

I bought a pair of New Balance 420 trainers from Urbanindustry last week. I couldn't find the trainers in the colour I wanted anywhere else, even London or amazon.co.uk. I did a web search and came across Urbanindustry, and they had the exact trainers I wanted. The delivery was super fast, and I received my trainers 24hrs after ordering them. I've never had a problem with Urban Industry. I find the site, easy to navigate, particularly with the recent updates. The store had a wide range of stock, all at competitive [UK] prices.
I was forced to return an order having purchased the wrong size item, I sent the item back with no worries and received my refund well within time. All items arrive within the allocated delivery time and are in perfect condition as expected.
