I have ordered from Urban Industry a couple of times now and have never had any issues at all. Delivery is always very punctual, and when I have had to return items it has been easy and very simple to do so!
My only comment I would make is that sometimes stock is delivered that appears to have been either displayed or returned. ie. not tagged or in a sealed bag, and I have previously returned items that have not been of a standard I would have expected when purchasing a new product.
Overall due to the good customer service, and a very decent selection of products, I will recommend the Urban Industry online store to anyone.

I bought a pair of New Balance 420 trainers from Urbanindustry last week. I couldn't find the trainers in the colour I wanted anywhere else, even London or amazon.co.uk. I did a web search and came across Urbanindustry, and they had the exact trainers I wanted. The delivery was super fast, and I received my trainers 24hrs after ordering them. I've never had a problem with Urban Industry. I find the site, easy to navigate, particularly with the recent updates. The store had a wide range of stock, all at competitive [UK] prices.
I was forced to return an order having purchased the wrong size item, I sent the item back with no worries and received my refund well within time. All items arrive within the allocated delivery time and are in perfect condition as expected.

I found dealing with UI very good, top name brands, good prices and quick delivery is what I encountered. I live in Ireland and still most things took only 2-3 working days to arrive. Also their online support is very good, I received a response withing 20 minutes.
