Superb range (as ever) and swift delivery (as ever). The main shame about ordering online is that I don't get to ring up and the staff who answer whenever I have are always super-helpful.

To begin with, as a customer, you're greeted with a very aesthetically pleasing website. Once you've managed to escape poking around all the finer details, it's time to reach for your plastic and make a purchase; something which is hard to avoid due to the appeal of how all the items are so well displayed on the webstore.
Beyond all the fun of searching for, and choosing a really high-end piece of clothing (something that UI definitely take pride in) you're onto the checkout process. Everyone likes to feel secure when buying online and it's clear that UI have made this one of their priorities, allowing customers to feel confident that their financial details aren't being hacked.
Once the purchasing process is complete there's an option to stay ontop of your "goods" as they ship. Communication, if required, is also an easy process and UI staff (from my experience) are more then helpful when it comes to order alterations etc.
I once had to return a couple of garments due to size issues and the mob at UI couldn't have made it any easier, and pleasant.
I could go one, but whoever is reading this review has probably reached a conclusion based on my experience. All in all, Urban Industry is a great store that I've used on numerous occasions, and will continue to do so when searching for my next clothing purchase.

After searching online I found the Eastpak Transfer Medium Luggage Bag ( Wednesday Lilac - M) sold through Amazon by Urbanindustry for a very good price and decided to give them a go. I am so pleased with every aspect of the tyransaction: Communication was excellent throughout with order confiirmation, shipping tracking facility and then text message plus email to let me know when the item was due to arrive. It is also a great item of course, lovely colour, fantastic quality and a 30 year guarantee! What more could you ask?
UPDATE: My Eastpak bag was damaged by airport handlers and I subsequently made a claim to Eastpak under their 30 year guarantee. I am pleased to report that Eastpak arranged a prompt repair and the bag is still going strong.
