Good website experience and fast delivery, only let down by the fact that my package had been addressed to someone else at my company who must have ordered from urban industry before. Luckily they only sit a few desks away and once the package was opened the realisation dawned.

Quick delivery and I was kept informed of when my parcel was shipped and was able to track the parcel. However, I ordered 2 items and only found out upon delivery that one was out of stock ( claimed to be in stock on the website) and had to be refunded as you had taken the money for the item. The money was refunded quickly and i will certainly order from the company again.

I have placed many an order with Urban Industry over the years and my packages have always been on time, packaged well and in the state that is suggested on their site.
the delivery costs are very cheap for standard packages and rival other websites that stock similar products.
the choice of products are constantly being updated and stock is updated on the site very promptly allowing customers to see whether there are few in stock, which come in very handy.

I love this site they have all my favourite brands such as Supra, Obey, LRG and DC etc No more do i have to import these brands from the U.S with expensive shipping and taxes. They have a lot of new stuff in stock and with my size. They ship your goods fast and at a reasonable price.

There's a great choice to choose from and my orders always arrive on time and in good condition...... I like that you have access to great brands and when you order you get a tracking number and can see when your purchase is due to arrive. I generally order shoes or trainers here as I sometimes find order t-shirts online a bit tricky with sizing.... But in general Urban Industry does exactly what it says on the tin!

I ordered the items a Saturday and got them Wednesday afternoon. Got a tacking number so I could follow the packaged the hole way.
