Tom was very professional from start to finish - he was good at communicating throughout and was there to answer any queries/concerns along the way. His quote was clear and thorough and professional done online so easy to pay too. He kept a check on the progress of the works and was committed to making sure it was finished. Adam did the works for us - he did a fantastic job of everything and the work was done to a high quality standard and looks very clean and crisp. Fantastic service from Tom. Came out same day to trace a leak. This has been an ongoing issue that wasn't easy to find. Tom came back on multiple occasions at no additional charge, all at a time that fitted around my work schedule to fix the issue. Would highly recommend.

Tps fitted a new boiler in September but warned me the pipe work in the loft was less than ideal. After returning from a Spainish holiday I found the system not working due to frozen pipes in the loft space. Tps responded quickly, and within two days visited to replace much of the pipework with larger lagged pipes.

I was recommend TPS Plumbing and Heating by a friend. They were superb!! Turned up on time and talked me through the whole job and even followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was working as it should.

Tom and Mike worked together to replace an old gas combi boiler and refresh 5 radiators throughout a newly acquired flat. They were curteous and very efficient, overcoming obstacles and identifying a gas leak which they quickly rectified - floorboards up and down with minimal disruption. The added benefit of a 12yr guarantee on the new boiler was a welcome bonus, only available as TPS are a 'Max Accredited' installer. Fantastic service - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to others.

TPS quickly identified the leak and repaired the issue. Tom and Mike were friendly, respectful and simply did not stop. They were very mindful of not disrupting the house and left the bathroom tidy and safe every evening. The bathroom looks fantastic with all works carried out to a very high standard. Professional, punctual and happy to answer any questions I had. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Tom came at very short notice to look at a leak my boiler had developed. It was quickly diagnosed but due to the age of my boiler I decided to replace it entirely. Tom looked after everything for me, within the week on a Saturday, Tom and Mike replaced the boiler, relocated the filter to a more suitable position, flushed the system and hoovered up sediment from the cold water tank. They were pleasant to have working in my house and I felt comfortable enough to leave them whilst I took the dog for a walk. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Tom and his team did a fantastic job on our bathroom. A rogue leak had been causing all sorts of trouble but TPS were quick to identify the problem and talk us through the best solution. They then promptly scheduled the work - which was a huge relief. Mike did not stop the whole time he was here and was polite, friendly and happily answered any questions I had. They were very tidy, clearing everything up at the end of each day and were very mindful of causing as little disruption to the house as was possible. I would absolutely recommend Tom at TPS - very lovely team and I'm absolutely thrilled with the job, Excellent attention to detail and they definitely went the extra mile. Professional, punctual and could not fault them. Very, very happy client indeed!

My old boiler was installed by British Gas and having use their Home Cover for years I swapped to another provider because I was tired of endless waiting on hold and never being able to speak to a person on the phone (certainly not easily) The new company was no much better and after my 3rd attempt at contacting the call centre I gave up and cancelled my policy!
I contacted Tom at TPS and asked if he could come and take a look, within a few days he was round to give me advice and I was sent a detailed quote offering a repair or replacement. As my boiler was 16 years old the replacement option made more sense. The price was agreed and the install date set!
Tom arrived as expected and the work was completed to a very high standard. The new boiler is BRILLIANT and I wish I had replaced the old one sooner. I am looking forward to having a local boiler installation expert on call should I need any help in the coming years. Never again will I rely on a national call centre...

They disconnected the old boiler, ripped all the old pipework on the first day. (4week job, smashed in 3weeks). They plumbed up 2 kitchens, supplied/ fitted 4 en-suite's, 2 boilers plus heating system. Plus TPS's pipework looks amazing and that's from a builders outlook. No leaks!
