Disappointed in customer service third time now... Feels like people do not care there of your experience of that place, maybe they're underpaid I don't know but that's not excuse. I know you don't have competition in the area but it would be nice for once the play area to be cleared, the customer to be welcome, the manager to smile, and not just answer looking somewhere else and walk off, unless was racist, but honestly thank you wont come again.

Ten pin is a great place to go for some family fun. I go here often.<br>They have not only got bowling, 🎳 but also lazer tag, arcade and games of pool/snooker 🎱.<br>its a great place to. 😁<br>Just did the birthday party here for my sons 13th, was great. Good all round fun. Not tried the laser tag yet, soon to give it a go though.

My children love it here, but be prepared to spend on extras as it's all so inviting, especially to the kids (arcades, slushies etc). We've always had great, friendly service. The new layout for the laser tag was a big hit with my son too.

Ever since the renovation It's too busy and feels more like a London weather spoons because when you go to book a lane it is literally connected to the pub so there are a bunch of drunk idiots cutting in line to get a drink and they removed all the arcade games that involve skill so now all the games are random luck and payout (payout is when when they will only let someone win when they receive a certain amount of money)

Edit 20/02/2025 - very big improvement overall, however they really ruined the Lazer Tag area at least for my point of view, it's a lot smaller, meaning one team can get trapped at their base the whole game if they have less experienced players, so that's not amazing how they down-scaled it considering all that renovation work was done for so long.<br><br>Otherwise they've really improved their safeties in regards to food health, even taking the time to ensure that the food is safe to serve and informing customers if there is a delay. Since this is a bowling area its not exactly a quiet place to go, more so for younger kids and young adults if you're into that kind of loud scene. Again not overly impressed with the downscaling of the lazer tag area.

Pre booked bowling for something to do while visiting Eastbourne on Saturday. Really nice bowling alleys. This place was buzzing with young people and Families having fun, really nice to see. Lots to do all under one roof, from bowling to ping pong and pool, also arcade machines, great. Would definitely recommend a visit

Bowlings fun! If coming on a weekend, make sure to book stuff in advance as it gets super busy. Foods ok here but pricy for not the best quality

Had a very enjoyable brief stop at the bowling alley. Party of 5 with very mixed ability and the setup made it very easy to manage. Each player has personalised playing preferences and there were many ball size and weight options. The bar and food were perfectly adequate and service was pretty quick. The place is very clean and tidy. Not sure the arcade offers much as it seems too stacked in the house's favour to be very fun for the kids. More frequent smaller wins would be a better tactic. Overall very good value family fun, worth checking out. Recommended

Nice place , fun games , clean but the staff are quite rude , the camera wasn't working, we asked to move the lane , they moved us to the next lane although they knew its not working ,, as we heard them discussing, we asked for their help and they were quite rude, as we ordered coffee, they delayed it intentionally they said you still on the queue and quite rude about it as well ,even though we came at 10 morning, not busy at all, they could've moved us to any lane freely and be nicer about our coffee, such a shame really bad experience with the staff , it ruined our fun

Good area with multiple activities. Can be very loud, though that's what you would expect. You can often get into your bowling ahead of your booked time slot<br><br>The food is ok but the burgers are horrendously bad, don't recommend them, however the nachos are nice just not a very large portion for "sharing"
