awesome place got loads of strikes and stuff also the toilet was really clean for a good poop haha and the bowling shoes smelt excellent it was a great time and i had lots of smells and fun

Very impressed with the refurbishment! It looks so nice in there now. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's very clean, even the toilets were new and clean. Bowling is obviously good fun, shame we can't come more often.

Love the redesign it looks amazing I'm happy that thay kept the tablets you take photos on food was OK and the arcade was good

Loved the bowling. However, general service booking in and bar very slow, food (rolls very dry, needed mayo) took quite a while to arrive considering it was very quiet.

New renovation is stellar, it's a really great place to go have some fun. Food is really basic.

First night of the improvements and I have to say it's so much better than it used to be but I'd definitely recommend getting rid of the punch strength machine

Looks great with the new makeover, extra lanes etc, but very understaffed. Waited for a very long time for a pizza, purely because of lack of staff, on a very busy day. Not the staffs fault, who can only do what they can, but something that needs addressing for sure

2024 upgrade<br>Undergoing much needed improvements and renovations. 4 more lanes taking it to 24, total rejig of the layout. So far looking good. Lanes are hot during play as less airflow with the re designed areas. Less ways to get to each lane too. No ball storage behind so challenging when league bowling, having to remove and place balls on the floor. Sort that out and could have been higher review

We absolutely love coming here for bowling and arcade games we went today and it was good refurbishment works done I really like the refurbishment and must admit it was a great experience today we had a great time

We had a laser tag party here for our son's 11th birthday. The laser tag game itself was great, all the kids had a great time playing two games! Birthday boy got a great gift, a bag, pin, huge chocolate bar and a tshirt-again fantastic! The food included was fab-each child got a pizza box with pizza ,chips, ketchup and unlimited jugs of squash and an ice cream.. food was hot and good portion so couldn't fault it. I have taken off 2 stars for space and organisation. We arrived 15 mins early as stated on the booking, to be given a four person table in the corner, the lady explained that we would be given a bigger table at food time, but there was another party already in the laser tag area, this was fine accept as you can imagine when 10 children arrive, all with a parent, we had no where to sit or wait other than a four person table, so all the kids were standing in a cramped corner whilst they waited, which again unfortunately was for a very long time. Our game was due to start at 11 but at 11.15 I had to go ask a member of staff what was happening as the boys were getting impatient, no member of staff seemed to know what was going on, and I got told "I'm not sure " everytime I asked a question. They finally went in, but the parents were still left with the small table so some of us had to stand whilst the kids played the game. The table we had been told we could have was finally cleared as our group came out of laser tag, giving me seconds to sort out the table decorations I had planned. We then had to wait for the food to arrive, again staff not knowing who the trays of pizza were for (which party) as there was so much noise in such a small space with other parties going on. I was told to ask for the ice cream when we were ready, which I did, then having a member of staff asking me 15 mins later how many ice creams I needed and when.. it was painful and stressful, noisy , cramped and not very enjoyable for us. I would recommend the actual game of laser tag , but not the party as organisation and communication was terrible.

Cheap and cheerful with the pool a decent room away from the bowling. As long as prices stay cheap after their renovation, and as long as you have a car to reach this place, this is a nice place to hang out.

incredibly crowded in the evening, but atmosphere was great. lasertag was incredibly fun, but the arena was a bit small.

We had a kids party booked for 10 A.M and when we arrived not set up for us and also told another party was also in with us doing laser tag. Which wasn't communicated with us when we booked, the manager on duty said if we had paid more money we would have had exclusive use this also not communicated. She was very patronising.<br>The kids had a good time so that's the main thing. Maybe they will be better prepared in the future.

We stoped by after long ride so kids we quite happy and excited of this place few machines were not working but over all is a nice place to go!

Fun time, star removed because the place is undergoing refurbishment and is a bit of a mess right now, carpets covered in sticky protective plastic which is a bit slippery, think they should’ve just closed until refurb done. Otherwise we had a fun time, bowling had no issues, played pool too, hire by the hour which was reasonable.
