Really lovely club with good facilities and friendly staff but they really need to get their Air Conditioning sorted. I play in a league there and it is uncomfortably hot in the evenings with people having to bring in their own fans. Not acceptable. Please address this Tenpin.

Place was almost all to ourselves when we went. It was on a late Sunday afternoon. Food was good and price is reasonable. We had chicken wings, chips and pizza.

Great fun bowling. Not been for years, nice to be able to wear own shoes and the dark bowling lanes add atmosphere. Only criticism is the seats in the bar weren't v comfy!

What a day! Great fun had chasing 10x 8yr olds around in the dark...<br>My son had his 9th birthday party here. Great fun had by all.<br>The only complaints I have (being extremely critical here) kids overly rushed at break between 2 sessions of laser tag... some children left waiting for food, but understood as vegan/dairy free options. Toilets in major need of bleach.<br>Staff could be more attentive outside of game sessions, but we're on point during the tasks they were assigned.<br>#constructivecriticism though great time had by all.

Lots of Free parking available immediately outside. The bowling alley’s are clean and everything works! Only one member of staff on the booking in desk. Who was doing their absolute best to cope with long queues of impatient customers. This member of staff remained friendly and tried so hard to be as quick as possible. Totally unfair on one member of staff having to cope like this at peak hours. Same at the bar. One member of staff. Long queues. This member of staff working flat out. With the amount of customers waiting surely more staff could be employed. Queuing for so long didn’t stop us enjoying our bowling !! We will just allow much more time for queuing when we return.

We had a really great day and our son had the best time. We thought it was amazing value for money and all the little extras were brilliant. I've only marked down the pre-party information as I think an email a few days before with FAQs and reminder of the information would have been helpful. But over all it was a brilliant experience and we'll defiantly do it agin.
