Many restaurants to choose from. Harvester which is nice and cheap, S!mply Italian, A Thai place, and American Diner, and more! With a few bars i believe too!
Lovely views accross harbour, I think all have outdoor seating! There's shops too which are open in day for a browse, also walking distance to beach / sea !

If you are taking a holiday in Eastbourne, please make an effort to visit the harbour with its abundance of yatchs, boats, luxury flats, restaurants and shops. Where is it? Well you will never believe it but its behind the shopping outlet that has Asda, Boots, Next and Cineworld in it called the Crumbles. The parking is free and you really can shop all day, dance and eat all night and still enjoy the views of the thousands of sparkling lights that adorn the waterfront. I would recommend a boat cruise, this is a tour of the inner harbours from a very knowledegable guide or you can buy the book The Crumbles and walk round the inner harbour and locks, with or without your four legged friend. The harbour is a feat of engineering and is worth a look, go for coffee in one of the outdoor coffee shops or enjoy a meal al fresco. PS book restaurants in advance or be prepared to wait for a table.

Nice place to wander round and enjoy a drink and a meal.
It is a pity that all the eateries are in one part - it would be nice to find a few small bars round the place. Also couldn't buy an ice cream on the beach!

I loved Sovereign Harbour - much nicer than Brighton Marina. There are great shops, restaurants and pleasant walks around the harbour. The development has been very well planned and in the evening it looks very romantic strolling around looking at the boats and dreaming of a lottery win.

We walked here from Eastbourne Pier (about 3 miles)
The Harbour is more like those posh marinas you get in spain than a British Harbour. Some great places to eat and drink too.

Just a lovely restful place to visit, good choice of restaurants to sit inside or out.. a few good shops also where you can buy unusual nick naks, jewellery, clothes etc..and only just round the corner from a large shopping park and cinema.

Neatly laid out but the Marina is really in the middle of a residential area on all four sides. If you are after a nautical experience give it a miss. It's more like a car park for boats with a few places to eat in one corner.

Took about 30 minutes to walk from Eastbourne pier to marina. I was extremely impressed with the buildings, layout and cleanliness of the whole marina. Good selection of shops and restaurants.

Lovely place. We had a walk along the front and entered via the sea side of the harbour then walked through to find the food area. Before this we had met a couple of the locals who were EXTREMELY friendly and welcoming-telling us the best local places to visit, and pointing out the harbours newest resident-Sammy the Seal, who was basking in the mud at the waters edge. Even though we had just met this couple, they told us where they lived and invited us in for a drink-amazing!
Had a lovely meal on Saturday night in the Harvester Pub/Restaurant-very family friendly and very busy! We had the very friendly and pleasant Tina serving us-what a sweetheart she was-we all loved her, and would go there again just because of her friendly manner. Despite being very busy and rushed off her feet, her customer service skills were second to none. She could read all of the people she was serving and gave banter to us all, tailored to who she was serving-lovely girl!
Just been back tonight and went to Gringos-an American style diner. Another lovely meal and pleasant service from the young team of waitresses. The Old El Paso ribs in sauce are to DIE FOR! They literally fell off the bone and the sauce was finger licking good. We are intending to go again before we return home as we want to try Pablos, as this has been recommended by a few people.
For anybody visiting Eastbourne-definitely visit Sovereign Harbour Marina-there is loads of free parking, plety of restaurants to try, and the atmsphere is really pleasant. If I ever wanted to move to Eastbourne or visit the area again, this is most definitely the place I would like to stay in :-)

Nice place to visit either by car or using the 'Dotto' train from Eastbourne seafront. Excellent choice of cafes and restaurants and lots of nice walks around the harbours. The harbour tours boat trip is an ideal way to see the grand boats and houses. Lovely walks around the harbours, lock and over to the beach. All of the walks around the harbour are easily accessible to all along the level paved areas.
