Reduce stress - raise wellbeing and performance

The stats around poor mental health and stress in the workplace routinely show this to be a huge issue in the UK.  On a positive note – implementing good mental health awareness, undertaking training and support can have a positive impact on the wellbeing and productivity of employees.

Established in 2018 by Adrian Thomas, RYP Wellbeing is accredited to deliver Mental Health First Aid and other courses to support employers in understanding how best to support themselves and their colleagues.

Courses can be delivered online, and (covid19 permitting) face to face.

Creating a lasting partnership

To compliment continued learning and provide holistic support to businesses – RYP Wellbeing offer ongoing support to their clients.

This includes creating programs of activities for teams which can include meditation, walks, yoga and away days.
