A proper fish & chip restaurant, burgers were lovely too. Attentive service and quick service of piping hot, non-greasy food. Prices are what you'd expect. I've only marked down because the customer toilet, although nicely done up, is let down by lack of safety, namely use of a bolt on the inside so no emergency access, and lacking an emergency alarm.

Fish was fine, however chips wasn't that good quality, oil was dripping from onion rings and mushy peas had no taste. But service was quick and satisfying.

It's ok. Its more of a tourist trap. Service was good. The local beer was nice. £13 for large fish n chips.

Delighted to find this place does gluten free fish in batter! Micaela is a dream to be served by - upbeat, friendly and always smiling! Chips weren’t the best I’ve had but I would definitely return and do recommend this place. Note they stop serving at 8.30 in the restaurant. I’m not sure what time the takeaway closes though - sorry!<br>Bathroom is spotless! I love the tiles and want them for my own bathroom 😊

Staff were nice and polite from the moment we walked in to the moment we left to explore Eastbourne.<br><br>The taste of the large fish and chips was good, but the amount of chips for a large was smaller than the regular size. Good for me that meant I ate less hahaha. The large fish came in two pieces but were meaty so that was good.<br><br>The regular fish and chips was good but the fish tail was tad small. Mushy peas was good. Gravy a bit watery. Onion rings a bit greasy. Mug of teas were okay.<br><br>Overall not bad for just over £37 for two.

Usually really happy with the food from Qualisea but tonight it was almost cold didn't eat much of it as we didn't want to reheat being fish didn't want to end up with bad stomach so just binned it total waste of money 🤨
