I love everything about this and place!
The staff are attentive, the owner is always around and ensures his guests are happy without being intrusive.Food is reasonable and delicious.
It's a very good vibe in the restaurant, it makes you feel as if you are on holiday abroad.I've been here so many times and I have NEVER been disappointed.
Highly recommend it.

Great food! Were here twice within five days and loved their pasta and pizza. The service is also A+! Feels like eating at home somewhere in Italy

Brilliant lively atmosphere. Food was well portioned, very tasty and acceptably priced. I had the calzone (was big). Staff were attentive. Would definitely recommend!

Visited for a quiet meal with my husband and got just what we wanted. Had the chefs special to start, chicken livers, which was superb followed by the trio of fish. Hubby had mussels followed by pizza. By far the best pizzas in Eastbourne, none of your thick stodgy base here! We've been here lots of times and it's always good. Their homemade icecream finished the meal off nicely. Coffee and pistachio - yummy

I know this is a very popular restaurant with lots of people, but on a recent visit I was disappointed. Our main was delivered before our starter dishes had even been cleared, although we had at least finished eating. I chose a pasta dish containing chargrilled beef, however whilst the beef was tasty, I don't think nearly £11 for no more than half a dozen very small pieces of it is good value. Way too much pasta and not really enough sauce. My companion's meal of breaded veal & spaghetti, was again tasty, but to me again not the best value.
For me there are better Italian restaurants in town.

I have eaten here on a couple of occasions recently, once on a pre theatre trip and once with my Daughter for a casual Monday evening treat. The food is always excellent and the dinner and lunch fixed menus are excellent value for money. There is a wide variety of choice with all the courses and the difficulty is choosing which to have. The staff are efficient and friendly and the food is always served promptly.
An all round good evening/lunch out, you will not be wasting your money here.

We went here on a bit of a spur of the moment booking. We'd heard some good things but it sounded much more on the cheap and cheerful side than it actually was.
Although the set menu was a little bland in choice the food wasn't and I will definitely go back there again soon.

I booked a table for 10 to celebrate my birthday and attend a friend's show at the Hippodrome. The restaurant is spacious and fresh in appearance with its own personality and open kitchen. We were given a circular table, which was great for a large party as we could all talk. The menu was extensive with all types of dietary requirements catered for including an extensive gluten-free section. The food was excellent; some of the freshest pizza I have tasted. The service was swift and friendly. Part of our drinks order had to be requested twice. But this is a small blip in otherwise outstanding service. Highly recommended!

We visited this restaurant because of its leading Trip Advisor rating but we're disappointed.
We were two couples at one table and asked to order separately which was ill received by the staff. Our starters were delivered with the main course but also one was missing.
So the service was not great although the good was acceptable if not outstanding.

Turned up after watching the tennis. Told them we hadn't book.
They sat us downstairs in their party room, where 3 parties at one point were happening. Low ceilings and very noisy downstairs.Every table was pack whilst we were there.
The food was excellent, best tortellini I've ever had. Sadly I couldn't finish the large portion, but my husband could for me. The others in my party enjoyed their seafood dishes and wine.
Service was very quick, but not overly chatty, but they were rushed off their feet.
Toilets were a bit of a maze to get to and to get out of. I got lost, as did other customers.
Would return again for the fantastic food if in the area!

Another of our favorite restaurants in Eastbourne. Food very good. A bit hectic inside though, but it is what younger people want.

Great restaurant if you are celiac as they offer a gluten free menu and are very helpful. Good if you haven't booked a table as they have lots.

The whole dining experience ruined by over crammed tables! If they could stack you up like a multi storey I think they would! This place is about fast Italian food and table turn over. Although the food was hot and ok small requests like extra chilli were ignored but I'm not surprised due to amount of activity there must be in kitchens. The atmosphere was loud and uncomfortable and service efficient but inattentive, trying to get attention can be tricky!
This is an example of management greed but they get away with it because as you can see from other reviews the food on the whole is acceptable. However we regularly eat far better in our local Italian where service is brilliant but atmosphere busy yet comfortable.

Visiting from Wigan we didn't know the area and this restaurant was recommended by a local. The restaurant was really busy but staff were extremely helpful and cheerful and found us a table immediately. Well prepared and presented food followed by a great bottle of their house wine. Defo going to the tennis next year and this will be our eating place yet again!!!

They were very busy and we had to wait 10 minutes only as we had walked in from the street. However, service was great, very friendly staff and food excellent. We had pasta but the pizza looked great coming from pizza ovens. Boxes provided if you could not eat everything! Definitely one to remember for next time.

I've been going to this restaurant for the last 9/10 years now and never been disappointed. I even moved away from the area and still go back for a treat! I always have the fillet steak, and it's always perfection. I've not had another fillet steak beat it yet and don't think I ever will. Truly outstanding food. Fantastic atmosphere. It's like they've picked up a restaurant from Italy itself and put it down in Eastbourne. Really authentic and friendly, a great dining experience. Good value for money too. Couldn't recommend enough!

We were staying in Eastbourne to walk the South Down way. We had finished the walk and decided on an Italian meal that evening and booked a table.
We arrived the place was heaving with people and no empty tables, we need not have worried we were soon seated and ordering our meal.
Superb food great evening.
Entertainment - Spot the tennis players.

Can't say a negative word about this restaurant, which was recommended by the Atlanta Hotel Owner. It was located very near the hotel I stayed in, but walking distance from the Theatre. Great

Father's Day lunch. it was very busy, but you wouldn't have know it, service was great and so was the food. Pollo millanese was super and the bill for 4 of us (c.£60) was all very reasonable on the set menu.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience. The food, chosen from a most comprehensive menu, was as good authentic Italian fare as we have ever had. Couldn't fault the presentation, the taste, the amount, the ambiance, the staff........................all top notch!
And when the bill arrived we couldn't believe what value this establishment offers.Cannot recommend highly enough!
Go give it a try, you won't be disappointed.(perhaps the one and only downside is the parking situation which can be tricky - although Sunday parking outside and nearby is free)
