Living in London (currently), we don't get to come here as often as we'd like. We've been here a lot for birthdays and anniversaries of family members who live here. This restaurant is the best Italian in Sussex in my view. It's staff are so attentive and the Manager also works as hard as his staff and are all so attentive and lovely. It's so welcoming and then there's the food!...... It's soo tasty. I can recommend the prawn cocktail to start, pizza picante for main if you like a little kick, also with a bit of chilli oil. For pudding, go for the profiteroles as they are extremely tasty and you get lashings of chocolate sauce! When we move down to Eastbourne later this year, I will Definitely be making more trips here!

Had a great experience valentine's Day, we didn't have a reservation but was pleasantly accommodated. Food was delicious, great 😋🍕🍝. The staff were very diligent and friendly. Would highly recommend this place for a great night out.

We were in early Saturday evening, 5:30 before seeing Paul Carrack. The place was heaving but as per previous visits we couldn’t complain about anything. The food is always very good and no matter how busy they are nothing suffers as a consequence. We’ll be back every time we visit Eastbourne!!

In my opinion Pomodoro e Mozzarella is the best restaurant in Eastbourne. It is a spacious very stylish looking restaurant with eating areas on the ground floor & also basement. For me, I don’t like to eat in the basement section, the upstairs is much better. The waiting staff are friendly and always very busy. Over the years I have noticed the same staff which I believe is a good sign of staff wanting to remain in a business. There is a well presented menu with a large selection of dishes - pizzas, fish, meat and vegan. The restaurant is always full when I visit so it is worth booking a table either by phoning or popping in - it isn’t possible on their website. It can be quite noisy with everyone chatting but as the evening draws on, as people leave, it quietens down. In my experience the food has always been delicious especially the zucchini starter. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will return.

Went a few weeks ago for a spot of lunch and wasnt disappointed. The staff were completely on the ball, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was unrushed and easy.<br><br>Definately will be back again due to the food and the service. The spaghetti and meatballs wern't overcooked unlike other places. By far better than our recent visit to Zizzi's so this is top of our Italian list now!! Keep up the good work team and you can be sure ill be back!
