its a really good high quality restaurant and the personal is very friendly :) I recommend Beyti Lahmacun and Adana(Beyti and adana is similar) if you want a real turkish drink try ayran if you want real turkish drink with alcohol try raki

Excellent food and I am a vegetarian! Highly recommend to all you meat eaters.....cooked in front for you and my fellow dinners were very satisfied. Very friendly and nice decor. I will definitely be returning.

Great food and great people :) Authentic Turkish corner, clean tables, fantastic atmosphere, lovely service staffs, big portions, delicious Turkish flavours... I was there for 7 months and I really wanted to eat there everyday during my stay... Highly recommended ;)

Went for a family meal. The food was very good(best Turkish we have found in Sussex). The owners were lovely- even lent my father glasses so he could read the menu! Highly recommended.

Never been to Meze before, my boyfriend suggested it as he's been a few times. We were greeted by the owner who sat us, he took our drinks order, gave us water and lit our candle. Everyone there were extremely friendly, checked back on our meal and made sure we had everything we needed. Complimentary bread and mini pizzas which were amazing! I recommend their Turkish tea to end off the meal, cute little glasses and so tasty

I have been here a few times and it was always excellent. Food is good, service is great and all is authentic. The meze sharing is great. The halloumi and aubergine starters are delicious.

My husband and I visited Meze on Monday evening. We were the only people dining at the time but that didn't matter. The service we received was excellent as usual (we visited Meze approximately 2 years ago). Going on to the food then. It was absolutely fabulous. We had complimentary 'puffa' bread with dips and olives which was lovely. When it came to the mains, my adana kebab was cooked on the open grill in the restaurant and couldn't be faulted, along with the accompaniments. My husband had the beyti kebab and, like me, couldn't fault his dish at all. All in all, a fabulous meal. We will definitely be going back to Meze when we next visit Eastbourne.

We really enjoyed our meal of small meze dishes here. We were brought complimentary mini Turkish pizza and when we declined as we're veggie and the canapés were not, they immediately went and baked us some special veggie ones instead. Super. Great puff of freshly baked bread, aubergine and yoghurt salad, great houmous.
