Food was good smaller than i thought it would be compared to others but don't let that stop you because it's delicious and the ambience and decor is nice too

Really enjoyed this small cosy restaurant, meat is marinated and good quality. Cooked openly . The baklava finished the meal off perfectly. Recommend the sharing platter . Book in advance if you can at weekends as its small and gets busy.

We have been a few times now and every time have been SO impressed with the very friendly, helpful staff and the delicious food, cooked on the grill in front of your very eyes. It's a small restaurant in size, but big in delivering broad smiles, appreciating the great lamb, chicken, adanas, etc. We will return time and again.

we went for our first Turkish meal whilst on holiday in Eastbourne what a lovely warm welcome by all the staff it was lovely but my small appetite did not do it justice lamb was beautifully cooked I loved the bread starter they bought out and would of been happy to buy that and eat as a meal was just superb t

Friendly and atentive but not obsequeous service .Each course freshly cooked, Starters are free. An off-centre restauant. Reasonably priced. The Turkish beer is excellent. The portions are a very good size. All you need to buy is a main course. Thet desserts are not very inventive but very nice. Try the Turkish tea. A real palate refresher. All in all a great eating experience which does not break the bank. Enjoy!

My only regret is that I have only just discovered this wonderful restaurant! Went on a Tuesday night and had pre-booked. When we arrived only one other table was taken. However, less than 20 minutes later it was packed and they were turning people away. It has a wonderful atmosphere, very friendly staff and gorgeous food. Appetizers are brought to the table, we also ordered starters which in hindsight was a mistake as the mains are big and we had no room for pudding. Next time - no starter! If you cannot finish your meal they will bag this up for you to take away. We will definitely go back. A lovely evening.

After many recommendations I finally got to visit this small but very good restaurant recently, with my husband. The bread that came to our table on arrival took us immediately back to a lovely Turkish holiday a few years ago. We chose both a starter and a main course, rather than opt for Meze. The food was delicious, I chose a chicken dish from the grill and my husband had one of the lamb dishes, slow cooked in a clay oven. Now we can’t wait to make a return visit to Meze. Great food, great service.

This a lovely restaurant. Well run with an open grill and oven. Parking was difficult but don’t let that stop you. Staff are friendly and helpful. Desserts home made. If you like Turkish then I would suggest here. Enjoy

The dishes were really good quality, freshly prepared to order by the chef at his open charcoal grill. Very good bread. Service was excellent, friendly, good-humoured and attentive without being intrusive. And all this for very reasonable prices!

A great friendly greeting welcomed us as we came in the door. In front of us was an open grill where the meat and vegetables were cooked. Explained what I wanted and was helped to choose. Food freshly cooked and delicious.

One of the best Turkish food in town.<br>Quality Is very good.<br>The owner,his son and nephew are the very reason of this amazing friendly atmosphere.<br>Grilled stuff cooked infront of your eyes and fresh bread from oven...<br>Definitely a lot of honest effort to please guests.<br>Will recommend there special as we tried that.

After looking everywhere in town the smell of the food being cooked on the grill made me give it a go with no regrets it's without a doubt the best food in town cooked right in front of you and the staff makes you feel very welcomed. You will not be disappointed.
