The two installers arrived on time, were clean and tidy in their work which they did efficiently and timely.
The Broadband service I now get is quick and so far completely trouble free. The units were installed on my first floor as requested with no problems, very neat.

Installation was stress free and prompt. The installers like the Customer Support were efficient and very friendly. It's so great being able to access the internet anywhere in my small bungalow now as with my previous provider it was always a sketchy connection.

The office rang the day before to check we were ok to proceed, the installation team arrived at 9am as promised.
What a great 3 man team to install the product, great guys, really skilled and efficient, a credit to LF .
The Wi-Fi is running at 149Mb, not bad for a 150Mb package !

Thanks guys. I had lightning fiber fitted last Thursday the 29th of February 2024.
So far so good.
The speed is as promised. I took the Hyper Lightning package and wow is it quick.
The two guys who fitted the network for me sure knew their stuff. They were able to answer all my questions, they fitted my modem exactly where I wanted it so that I could hard wire my computer instead of using a wifi connection. This created additional work for them, which they were happy to carry out.
Despite the adverse weather and my having to lay towels down on the carpet, they both made every effort to ensure that none of that wet stuff was brought into the house. Thanks, Guys you are a credit to your company.
I must also commend all at the office on each occasion that I have had to speak to one of their sales or reception personnel they all make the customer feel important and wanted.

From the engineers, installers (Owen and Dan) to communication with the office (Karen), a very smooth and positive experience.
Despite being a challenging property to reach, the installation team where very helpful and tidy with the wiring.
As for signal strength, everything zips along now!

After switching to Lightning Fibre in October last year the installation was completed perfectly, respectfully and cleanly with promised speeds on up to 150MBs
We recently purchased a new PlayStation for our children. However it wouldn't connect wirelessly to the wifi. After a few back and forth emails the technician I had been dealing with asked if he could pop along and have a look in person. Wow - what a breath of fresh air. He was with us the next day and the issue was resolved within 90 minutes. There's not a chance BT would have managed this excellent level of customer care.

They gave me an installation and setup date and stuck to it. The 3 engineers that arrived were courteous and were helpful in advising me on router position, while also paying attention to my personal requirements. They did a clean job, which included drilling through the external wall and they ensured that, on entering the house, they always put on shoe covers to avoid leaving muddy footprints through the house. Installation took about 2 hours but it was a slightly tricky job, and as soon as they were finished, I had connectivity. Router is easy to customise, one thing to note though, there are 2 separate units, both requiring power so it does take up 2 sockets but nothing that can't be sorted with a multi-plug.

Very happy with the installation the engineers where extremely polite and efficient and explained the whole process . The speeds have been fantastic so far and exactly what was promised. The price is excellent and cheaper than the competitors can't recommend lightning fibre enough.

After a wait of over 2 years while they installed their fibre network, I finally got Lightning Fibre installed. I'm paying £4 a month more than I was with BT, but my download speed has gone from 63Mb to over 900Mb and the upload speed has increased by as much as well.
On the afternoon of installation, the fella called me up and said they were on the way and they arrived 15 minutes later. They were EXTREMELY pleasant and thorough, explained exactly what they were doing and why. The installation took just over an hour and they barely left a trace they'd been there at all. They tested the speed and talked me thru logging into the router settings.
A few days later, Francesca from Lightning Fibre followed up with a courtesy call. I asked her a technical question which she referred to their tech team and I had an answer within an hour.
I would 100% recommend Lightning Fibre. Their customer service is second to none.

I have to say that service and communication was great. Very friendly people, experienced, knowing what they are doing. Very polite as well. I am so happy that I switch my broadband. It is so so much faster then any other I had have ever to be honest.
