We have been waiting for this to reach our area for a while, but it was totally worth the wait. From start to finish it has been the easiest set-up i have ever experienced. Everything was explained clearly and follow up emails have been very easy to understand. On the day of install, the team were brilliant, clean and explained everything very well. They were very fast in installing everything and left a clean area.
Our service is super fast and is far, better than any other provider we have been with.
I work from home so connection is vital for my work. My speeds are fantastic and i would find it hard to find anything else to beat it.

Found the service to be outstanding. The installers Andy & Lucas went above and beyond to finish my troubled installation on time. I'm usually not the type to write reviews but after all the extra work they went through and the polite request I feel it's the least I can do. Well done for hiring such a good team.

Installation team Conor & Roberto were great. They called me up early as had spare slot which turned out to be useful as the installation didn't go according to plan. They where prepared to stay late and continue to diagnose but it was wet and getting very dark so they came back the next day. Found the fault and fixed it. I got slightly better speeds that advertised and a day early! Customer Servers sorted a static IP address out within a few hours!

Nice wifi had it for a couple months now and it’s super fast on my Xbox one I have never experienced lag or disconnects at all and when I say I play I mean I play a lot of online games i can have my phone so like wifi calls while playing and I have 0 latency issues the people who set it up where very cool

Very fast and efficient team Rob, Conor and Rich. Arrived set up and completed extremely proficiently first thing very neat and tidy. Explained what they were doing and completed work by ensuring I was set up. So far wow! what an amazing increase in speed delighted so far, lets hope its a long and happy relationship!!

The pre-install information was really poor. Could not get a pre-install visit to advise how the cabling would be run. No information on what kit was to be installed, or what preparation I would have to make.
Still have no information on the VoIP solution for the home phone, was supposed to be ready in the New Year, but apparently not. No update info on a solution that was promised!
On the upside, the on-site installation team was fantastic. They explained everything they were doing and did a great job in fitting the cable and cleaning up after.

The installers arrived promptly. They were every friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They wore overshoes in the house and left no mess at all.
My internet speed is slower than advertised average but we are looking into that.
