Conor and Rob turned up when they said they would. They explained all the options to me. They were very polite. Apart from a bit of loud drilling I hardly knew they were there.
Before they left Conor tuned my tv to the new Wi-Fi and sorted out my phone and iPad.

Install was carried out quickly and neatly finished where the cable entered the house. Just a bit concerned because the cable wasn't fully buried but time will tell if this causes problems. Good speed as specified, had a problem with the router but this has been rectified.

Setting up the switch was easy, the customer service rep was efficient & informative. The guys who installed fibre both outside & inside our house were friendly, courteous & cleaned up after themselves. Altogether a straightforward & painless process

Installation crew came day before to recce and explain the process
Following morning the crew can to install promptly at 8:00am it was a wet day but everyone who came in and out covered or wiped their feet carefully. installation was successful and everything was cleaned away
The crew ( Andy Lucas and Rob ) were polite and professional at all times they helped to explain the workings of the router etc and any concerns we might have were addressed also after service was mentioned should we have any problems

The engineers where courteous,fast, professionally done the work and very tidy,I was happy with their work and friendly attitude,also Karen one of the customer service ladies as others where very helpful and eager to help and easy friendly to talk to,so thank you all and also to add the speed is much better than my previous provider and hopefully will get much better,👍

Crew turned up to install the cabling and control units. I explained that I wanted the router in my hallway down the side of the house which meant running external cable along the front of the house. No problem with doing that, very helpful crew. Service excellent 300 mbps download and upload. I would thoroughly recommend Lightning Fibre
