The two guys that installed the broadband were very polite and made sure it was installed where I wanted it. They were respectful of my property; ( eg. wore shoe covers to protect my carpet). They checked it was all working fine & synced my devices to it before leaving.

Dan and Jacob came to setup our new internet today. They were extremely flexible with their timings and were able to bring the installation date forward. They were on time and got everything setup in just over an hour. Fantastic customer service and all round skilled and lovely people.

The installation of our new broadband connection was generally good, the guys wher helpful and friendly the only downside was where the cable went under the lawn it was exposed when it joined the path and could have been damaged by the lawnmower,it was checked promptly by the company

The company email indicated that the work would take approximately two hours but they finished the job in one and a half hours.
The whole setup was explained to me and I had no mess to clear up either. The speed of the internet is impressive and I have not had any downtime. This is important to me as I work from home and practically live on-line

From the first phone call, to the broadband being installed we have found Lightening Fibre to be very helpful, very informative and very reliable. What a difference it has made in our house. So much faster and no dropping out like our last provider. Thank you to the whole team for the great work.

Now that it is installed, it is great. Mega fast speeds that I never thought we would get in homes!
However, my only criticism was the wait. After being told that it would be installed mid November 2023, it just got pushed back every month until end of Feb was when we actually had the install done. Ahh well these things happen I guess.

I wasn’t happy with a guy from EE and BT telling me the lines will be dug up in July as lightning fibre have gone bust and have given lines to BT. 😱
