Sam was in charge on installation day & was polite & very patient over decisions of placement of router etc giving good advice, also helped to reset TV so went extra mile.
Would have been 5 stars but left mess in porch & shouldnt hav needed to ask about removing boots on a wet rainy day when I have carpets !

The installation was straightfoward in the end, although it took 3 months to get it sorted. I think the internal communications still needs some improvement, but overall happy with the installation and the speed is very good, up to 100mbps download, much better than the 25 we were getting from BT.

Installed quickly, cleanly and exactly where I wanted it. Mark the engineer was a true professional who really knew his job. He explained how it all worked and had me up and running in minutes. And the speeds....wow much much faster and cheaper than my previous supplier. I am very satisfied with the whole service. Thank you.

Fantastic deal £25/month for 1Gb fibre. Unfortunately the router is horrible - it couldn't run an Xbox & PC gaming together (Fortnite) even when both were Wired with Cat 8 Ethernet cables! Why Expensive...? I've had to buy my own router!!
