Amazing customer service from Jacob and Luke, we were not due to have our installation until next week but they were working in the area and after speaking to my partner agreed to install our fibre broadband there and then! It was a swift installation by the two engineers and they provided different options for route of the cable or even to use the existing fibre which is the option we chose. The job was completed in an hour and the internet connection back up and running well. A great experience.

A special thanks to the Nets Team at Lightning Fibre who installed my broadband yesterday during my move. They were very patient with all the activity going on, and were so friendly and efficient. Dom and Ricky turned up right on time. They were friendly and efficient. They got on with the job without any time wasting at all, despite the difficulties presented by the layout of the property. They explained every step of the way what was needed, asked my opinion and communicated brilliantly throughout. Anyone who's had any kind of installation service like this knows the difference between high and low levels of service, and these guys were way above high. Gold standard. Right from the initial greetings to the final explanations of the new fibre connection & equipment. Very respectful of my property too. I couldn't be more pleased and more impressed. Excellent, and highly recommended. Thanks Dom & Ricky. Give these guys a raise!

First of all how great to have a LOCAL company; I'm delighted with my first dealings with them. I've reduced my crazy BT bill, with an infinitely better monthly rate fixed for 24 months, first month free and extremely quick, clean installation....if that wasn't enough... Best broadband speed I've ever had! All in all.... THUS FAR.... Incredibly pleased with the service!

I have previously been a customer of the big three, Non of them have come close to the level of service i have had from lightning fibre. I am a gamer online so internet reliability is one thing i depend on when joining my friends, With BT,Sky,and Plusnet i would get into a game and bang connection drops out, With Lightning fibre i can game for hours and i have so far not had any drop outs. The price could be a little lower but for the level of service i rate it 10/10

The installation crew were very polite and did a very good job, the only problem i have is that the WiFi keeps going on and off which is becoming increasingly frustrating so it would be great if this problem could be resolved
