I was interested in joining Lightning Fibre around 2 years ago as had good reports of this company and its broadband. Unfortunately their lines were not in my area so I resigned to my expensive provider. 2 years on I received a call from L/F to say they now were in my area. They gave me a good deal and incentive to switch to them and I am extremely pleased with the installation (Big up to Damien for his tidy neat work). I am now getting far faster b/b at a very good price. Keep it up Lightning Fibre. And they are a local company...

Excellent service. Installers Sam and Andy were polite, courteous and very respectful of the property. They listened to what we wanted and talked us through the plan of installation. When they had finished, they explained how it all worked. Very professional young men. A credit to your company. Such a tidy installation, you wouldn’t even know they dug up the garden to bury the fibre. Fantastic job

There was an initial difficulty with cable installation to the house interrupting our current connection but this was ultimately handled very well by customer services to my satisfaction. All staff have been very professional. Damian conducted the installation into the house. Very courteous engineer who answer all questions regarding location and usage. Checked Laptop connected prior to leaving all neat and tidy. Installation on 22nd November 2024.

Great company, great service, amazing staff, real professionals, I recommend these people to everyone, they did it in a short period of time, it was impossible My house was completely unconnected to the Internet, I struggled for two and a half months to connect it, tried to work with other companies, but no one helped me, and as a result, I turned to In this company and in a short period of 3 days, six engineers arrived, they spent from early morning until late evening, they made me an approach channel They installed, connected, checked everything, and spent the whole day outside in the cold.I am happy that as a result I have Internet in a short period of time. I thank the whole team and this company very much. I sincerely recommend it to everyone.

Billy and Chelsea did a very efficient job in connecting my Optical Network Terminal to the cable in the street. They then connected both my TV and my laptop to the ONT - again quickly and efficiently. Lightning Fibre also arranged for me to leave my old Broadband provider, thereby simplifying the red tape that might otherwise have been involved with my parting from this provider. A day or two later my VOIP adapter arrived by post and I find that my telephones - both downstairs and upstairs- are working well. The only issue I had was a glitch in logging onto my Lightning Fibre Customer Portal. That glitch has now been resolved. Hint to future customers: as well as logging your TV and laptop onto your new ONT - don’t forget other things that run off your broadband router like Internet Radio.

Finally took the plunge and switched from BT. So far so good. Signed up on line and was installed within a week. Great communication. Installers (Sam & Danny) were polite, friendly and professional. They worked efficiently and tidily and were very respectful of my home. They listened to where I wanted the modem located and routed cables as requested.
Happy to be supporting a local company and paying much less for a better service.

Nearly bought a new computer until I started monitoring the speed being supplied by Talk Talk. We were told we would get up to 150Mb, I suppose 1/2 is technically up to is. So frustrating trying to get any continuity so had t o change. Lightning fibre is our local company who turned up on time and installed everything including changing all our personal devices. Thank you GIRLS.

Rob did a nice, tidy job of the installation, especially considering it was a bit tricky because he had to thread the cable through a tree. He also explained everything very helpfully and was a thoroughly nice chap!
Once it was all hooked up, I was impressed to see the symmetric 150Mbps download and upload, just as advertised. A vast improvement from my previous ~19Mbps broadband!
