Dom and Ricky, arrived on time and are very nice, helpful guys. The install was very quick and efficient with no mess left behind and speeds as promised. Couldn't fault them or Lightning Fibre and would highly recommend. Worth adding is that the limited contact I have had with the office team was also excellent, all very helpful.

Fitted quickly and ahead of time. Speed stable and fast so far. Not had to call customer service as yet, so can't rate this aspect. Router OK, but range seems limited. Service only fitted a few days ago, so cannot comment on the long term but excellent so far.

The process of signing up to Lightning Fibre was so quick and easy. Everyone I have spoken to have been really helpful and friendly. Dom and Ricky came in and installed the WiFi, who were again very friendly and professional, installed everything efficiently and explained how everything worked. Totally recommend Lightning Fibre!

Arrangements for installation & set-up really easy. Communication has been really good - emails/texts & phone calls on every step & also notifications when work being done elsewhere may cause a loss or drop-off in service ( no losses yet!).
Internet is lightning speed, with no apparent drop-off at "peak" periods.
VOIP set-up was easy.
Slight niggle initially with hub management software - but only because I've been used to a desktop function rather than a phone app - & I'm getting more familiar with it now, 2 weeks in.

All went very smoothly, engineers turned up when they said, discussed the install and got on with, tested the line, confirmed I was happy and job done, very impressed so far with fibre service and speed.

Excellent experience from order creation to installation completion. I was kept fully informed througout the process. Damian completed the installation and did a real quality job. I used to be in the communication industry for 42 years before retirement undertaking quality checks and this was a 10/10 job!

Rung up to see if could make use of their blackfridays deals. (I'm still had at least 6/7months left on contract), so a case of "Don't ask, Don't get".
Spoke to David, within 3 minutes, swapped my price over to the blackfriday price, restarts my contract for 2 years - not an issue as i won't be swapping anytime soon.
Call done and dusted within 5 minutes.

We arranged to have Lightning Fibre installed in our home. Unfortunately, my husband got the dates wrong, so he wasn’t here when the guys came. The two guys, Hamza and Waseem, were able to lend a hand helping me clear a space in our garage which was needed for the cables to run through. It was a freezing cold day, but they worked quickly and thoroughly. They took their shoes off when in the house and cleaned up after drilling holes. They checked everything and made sure I consented to the work they had done. They also helped me put everything back in the garage when they had finished. Thanks guys 👍🏻
