The installation was quick and efficient, and the blokes were nice as well. The service seems good, but it's a bit too early to tell yet. Thus far the speeds are as promised and the service is solid. Good value (yeah I know it was an introductory offer) cheaper and a lot faster than my previous provider, who seemed annoyed that I was leaving, knowing full well they couldn't provide a tenth of the speed - if you need fast up and download speeds give Lightning a try - assuming you can get them as their rollout has been properly slow.

Two men arrived at eight o'clock,one worked outside the other inside, explained what he was going to do .Set about their work, made no mess, explained to me how to use it and they were gone by nine thirty five.Exellent

First appointment of the address day meant I was able to be up and running very promptly. (LF had previously been installed at my property so it was quite quick to reinstate.

Where to start ! Communication could have been better as we were waiting 5 weeks for installation and we had to keep connecting to find out what was happening. On day of actual installation the 2 installers turned up quite late in the day ( approx 3pm ) they seemed pleasant enough but we did find that knowledge was strictly limited to the installation of fibre Wi-Fi , we asked several questions regarding how our T.V etc would run ( as we were currently with Talktalk ) and we weren’t sure what the next move would be ? We completely understand that the staff would not know everything but thought they might have a little knowledge to help elderly customers understand what to do next but we’re confronted with a negative answer, and finally at end of installation during which the 2 installers were called away to another job , which by the time they returned time was pushing on and we felt a sense of urgency which allowed no time for returning furniture to its original position which mby husband ( aged 82yrs ) and I ( aged 78yrs ) found very difficult !! All in all would not put the experience down as pleasant !!

Did what they said they would do, on the date and time they said they would do it. Installed the line and equipment quickly and efficiently --- there was a very pleasant and friendly team that installed and an equally pleasant and friendly team who about a week earlier did the necessary preliminary groundwork. All in all a very good experience from my initial discussions with the Sales Exec to inslallation and going live

Have had lightning fibre for over a year now. No issues whatsoever. Never drops out like my BT did. It’s super fast. Installation was quick & easy.

LF did a brilliant job installing my wifi at a 2nd story flat. The height made it very difficult to reach but they managed to find a way. Special shout out to Luke, who was with us 5 hours getting it all working properly. Service is brilliant and speed and signal better than anything else on offer from other providers. Strongly recommend Lightning Fibre.

Lightening Fibre are one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of being a new customer with for a long time and here’s why.
We have had non stop technical issues with our last supplier (Vodafone), so I wanted to make sure that when I switched over with someone I wasn’t going from the frying pan into the fire. I phoned around a few suppliers, who some didn’t have a clue what I was talking about (Zen, Idenet) and some have not phoned back (toob, Brillband) I spoke with tech support who were on the ball, knew there product, did not give me any false promises but backed that up with, if there were any unforeseen problems they would be there for you to resolve them and they were not reading from a script.
We had our installation on the 16th December and I have to say all of the issues we have had before have gone away. This is the best broadband we have ever had. All of our devices have come alive and are working better now than ever before. The router you are supplied with works across all of our property, no need for any boosters, where as before we needed 2.
I get the sense that this is a family style run business, I just hope and pray that as they grow, because I have no doubt that they will, they remain customer focused and do not become busy fools. I say this because selfishly I do not want them to change because they are brilliant.
