Fantastic day out my boy and I loved every min off it. Came from Margate to hastings to visit family and they took us here. Fab day. Loads of different stuff to do, I held a snake for first time, fed some lambs for first time, loved it.

A very enjoyable visit. We did the meerkat experience with your keeper Owen who was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of insight to the meerkats. Afterwards he also explained other aspects of his work with the owls very informative a credit to your organisation. I will certainly bring our grans children in the summer.

We love it here, have been season ticket holders for a few years now and will probably continue to be in the future.
There is always plenty to keep the kids entertained and every time we go they are building something new or improving the place.
Yes there are queues on bust days but there is everywhere if you dont want to queue dont visit on bust holiday days!
The food is always nice we love the pizza! Staff friendly what more can you ask for.
Well done Knockhatch keep up the good work

We really enjoyed a recent trip to knock hatch. The animals were entertaining and it was nice to get up close and personal - I would love this part of the park to be expanded. We loved the wallaby walkthrough. The play areas are also really good however; it was hard with a mixture of children's ages, the play areas differ in size/ability yet they are not close to each other meaning we had to separate for part of the day. We brought a picnic and enjoyed setting up to eat it with plenty of space. There is not much space to get away from the sun. The paid for activities are reasonable considering but should maybe take into account what you have paid to get in - Maybe a pass for the day rather than pay per go. The area was clean and well maintained. Didn't see many staff but the ones we did were nice enough. It was frustrating that you had to spend £5 to pay by card when just wanting a drink/ice cream. Overall, lovely day and looking forward to going back.

We had a lot of fun today- adults and kids! Loads to do for all ages. It was all clean and tidy- toilets were good too. Pirate splash area was closed today, but to be honest it was a bit too cold today anyway! We enjoyed the animals- especially Barney the bird! The animals were all well cared for, areas were clean with water and food available.
We booked our tickets online in advance.

It was reasonably quiet, we didn't really have to queue. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the kids enjoyed the Easter egg hunt.

Loads of space to park.

Lots of different play areas aimed at different ages- with benches for adults!

A really good day, nice range of things in the gift shop- including lots of pocket money things.

We watched an indoor owl display which was really interesting and Chris hosting it really knew his stuff!

Hope we get to visit again in the future!

Had a wonderful day here with friends and family. The kids were busy playing all day long, and with so much to see and do we ran out of time to do everything, so will definitely have to come back one day! Highlights of the trip were the water slide and playing in the adventure park. The smaller ones loved the animals and jumping pillows, whilst the older ones let of steam in the go karts and laser quest!! Didn't get a chance to see the soft play as it was such a beautiful day, but will no doubt come back again!!

A great day all round, plenty of toilets and coffee stops around for when the adults needed a break, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Ample car parking, with disabled bays at the front near the entrance, lots of picnic spaces and benches around to sit and watch the kids playing. Although the food and drinks here and really good value for money and reasonably priced!! Handwashing stations are dotted around, for when children have been petting the animals. Didn't have any issues with our visit and would happily return!! Can get really busy, but well worth a visit. Also want to say a huge thank you to Juliette, who was amazing and so helpful, understanding and friendly when we had lost our car keys!! Thanks once again!! :)

What a fantastic day out Knockhatch is. My whole family thoroughly enjoyed visiting here with plenty of animals to see (all very well looked after) and plenty of play areas for the children to let off steam. Picnic areas are available if you bring your own lunch and there are cafes which offer food too.
Very enjoyable day out and friendly staff too. Will definitely visit again.

I took my youngest daughter and her twin boys (5) for the day, and we were never disappointed with anything there. The attractions are many and varied and superbly built and very safe. Some you pay extra for, but they are all worth it. The amazing thing is some of the best are FREE, like the huge water slide (the twins were just under the height so could not go on it - you have to be over 1.3m). As I was over that height, I claim to be the oldest to make the slide (74). You get a little bit wet, but it's no big deal.
One of the most impressive things is the very reasonable price for food. £3 for a superb beef burger is worth taking note of.
We went to a farm (which shall be nameless) event at another location with very little for kids to play inor on, and a plain beef burger there was a "fiver". That's taking customers for a ride !
The staff were ALL superb, helpful and friendly and when supervising kids on the activities they were all alert to the kids needs, e.g. On the trampoline, helping them get the best of their time on it. The boys loved that. They loved the runaway mine train too.
The little rowing boats (free) were lovely fun too around the good sized lake. Life Jackets for adults and kids mandatory - fitted by the staff.
There are so many super rides/attractions I'd have to refer to the website to list them all.
There's not one that did not provide the fun and excitement kids love.
This place called Knockhatch is the best place I know for kids at very reasonable prices all round and a wonderful atmosphere created by the professional staff.
Well done KNOCKHATCH - you know I spots off all the other theme parks.

Loved it here! Much better than nearby drusillas, was about £13 for three of us. Staff are friendly and helpful bar the young man on the chair o plane ride who looked miserable. Lots to see and do for kids and everything is close together so not too much walking for the little ones. We stayed for 4-5 hrs and still didn't get around everything. Animals are well kept and so is play equipment, did not see one thing in bad condition and park is very clean. Only bad things were on the day we went the big park was closed and the golf wasn't open. Highlights were feeding the llamas, the talking parrot, trampolines and the ball cannon hall. Only really bad thing was the food, not enough food outlets and the food in froggies is terrible! Why do kiddy places always have gross food will definitely bring a picnic next time but will definitely return

My partner and I booked the Meerkat experience for the 3rd March and had a fantastic time! Owen, the keeper who led the experience was brilliant, so knowledgeable and friendly, we really felt he went above and beyond to give us the best day. All staff we encountered (ticket office, cafe) were lovely and although we didn't have children with us this time I noticed how clean the play areas were and in great condition. All the animals we saw were just lovely and all seemed so content, would definitely recommend Knockhatch to everyone!

Had another great day here, green day so not all activities open but still plenty to amuse the children. Great value for money. Only criticism was long queue for food and equally long wait for it, when it finally arrived it wasn't great jacket potato was hard and cold. First time we have had this problem but guess it is because it is not fully open yet.

We brought our children for the youngests 5th birthday - he chose Knockhatch after seeing a photo of the cannons. Very reasonably priced for a family of five.
Staff were friendly, lots of things to see and do. We were there from 11-close, will definitely return in the summer.
Food was reasonably priced too, and the young lady in the cafe was working hard to keep all the tables clean and tidy.
My only concern was the pens under shelter that held the lamas, donkeys, sheep ect were very small - hoping they aren't in there full time?
Would of been nice for a small furrys petting area too :-)

Although this place has nothing on the large theme parks like Chessington etc, it's a great day out and really good value. It's small enough to let older kids go an explore freely which you relax in the sun and it's a perfect place for a picnic.

Overall a pleasant experience. Good value for money, lots to see and do. Lots of the attractions were closed in the winter months and do not reopen to the summer. My only criticism is that I experienced a very rude sales assistant in the shop and his manager also, who had no customer service skills and unfortunately in my opinion who give the adventure park a bad name. I wish I had complained about lack of interest and professionalism. Big let down.
It's seems these days there always has to be a few bad apples that get overlooked. Overall the other staff were friendly and helpful which made up for it.

Despite an overcast day we still felt the park had a lot to offer. The indoor play barns were brilliant fun (especially the ball shooting one). The animals are well kept and the owlery has best collection of owls I've ever seen. The roller coaster simulator was lots of fun. Best of all was how friendly and helpful the staff were; smiles and positivity . Total delight. Really looking forward to seeing the park in summer months.
