I went to Knockhatch with Smile Club on 18/8/2016. Me and Vasa enjoyed a lot and when I went sliding down on the water slide, I screamed and I was very scared!

Had the best few days with my little girl over the xmas period, having ski lessons etc, excellent staff particularly Richard and Alyssa. Unfortunately one of our days was somewhat marred as we made the mistake of visiting the actual adventure park (this in itself is fine) however I was confronted by one of the 'managers' and accused of bringing my own food into the indoor play area and told they had 'cctv footage' of me doing so... Normally I couldn't care less about people like this looking for trouble and their own sad need for oppression but I think the whole knockhatch outfit is superb that maybe Colin Jagger's just needs a re-jig of who he uses at front of house. Looking forward to a meatly response from said manager!!!

We go here a few times every year. Lots to see and do for all. Feed and stroke the animals. Rides and activities for the kids. Great value.

Excellent place to visit and they are always adding to the park. The food is very good value and it's the only place around which actually serves simple meals kids want to eat.
My kids love it here there is so much to do

for the most part this place is very pleasant to spend your time, the food is very good some days depending on who is serving - other days it can be abit hit and miss.

staff should try to eradicate the pikes who rock up with their bad language and rude kids - leaving their stinking nappies on the canteen tables !

good days are great but bad days remind me of what my child isn't to become !

We went as a large family group on NYE afternoon and spent hours on the snow tubs. We had so much fun! The staff and facilities were super nice and all of the children were squealing with delight (as were the adults). Really good value for money and great fun. Well done to the whole team who made us feel so welcome and helped us to work off our Christmas calories - we can't wait to go back!

Fantastic day out my boy and I loved every min off it. Came from Margate to hastings to visit family and they took us here. Fab day. Loads of different stuff to do, I held a snake for first time, fed some lambs for first time, loved it.

A very enjoyable visit. We did the meerkat experience with your keeper Owen who was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of insight to the meerkats. Afterwards he also explained other aspects of his work with the owls very informative a credit to your organisation. I will certainly bring our grans children in the summer.

Great day out, despite almost knocking out a small child with an oar on the boating lake...

I can't praise this place highly enough...

As an adult learner I was delighted to find this place on my doorstep. The team at Knockhatch were all immensely welcoming and professional and this helped me to relax and enjoy all the sessions i had there. I found the tuition was always timely, constructive and gently encouraging you towards the next appropriate step for the individual learner.

As a result of my time at Knockhatch, I feel happy and confident to go on my first skiing trip, and will definitely be back for more. The highlight for me was the genuine warmth and affection all the staff had for the sport and their generosity and willingness to share it with their customers.

Great facilities, with free parking, changing rooms, cafe/bar and ski shop on site. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors for those not getting active.

Top tip for beginners; I left booking private tuition late, started looking in early January thinking that was loads of time & the earliest available slots were in early March, ergo book early if you want 1 on 1.

A brilliant day at the park, we called in for a couple of hours on the way to
Eastbourne as the kids were bored, luckily we were there early as we stayed all day. Lovely food at a good price, I had a toasted sandwich and it came with a lovely salad and gorgeous creamy coleslaw. Loads to do and most things you can join the kids for a family experience. The go karts are great fun and the two guys running it are brilliant and very helpful. Too many things to mention, but I thoroughly recommend a visit. The only downside was finding It! We travelled down the A22 from Kent and followed the Tom Tom directions and it took us past the roundabout where we should have turned right to the next roundabout and to the left, where we ended up in an industrial park, as did a couple of other people we met. A sign just before the correct roundabout showing the turning to the right would be a great help. Also a sign just inside the Gateway would help as we weren't sure if we were in the right place or just a farm track. Amending the website to just one correct postcode would be invaluable as there are two or three on there. Definitely coming back as you are now a must for school holidays.
