Me and my daughter started skiing here as a beginner before we went on holiday.
Lessons were first class and saved us a lot of time when we went away to real snow.
Thanks

Been here twice its brilliant, Staff are friendly, its cheap and so much on offer and to do. Animals are wicked baby kangaroos to touch and feed. Try their inflatable pillows, go - karts are brilliant.
and a parrot that says morning, hello darling and does phone noises.

you won't regret going to this place

A brilliant day at the park, we called in for a couple of hours on the way to
Eastbourne as the kids were bored, luckily we were there early as we stayed all day. Lovely food at a good price, I had a toasted sandwich and it came with a lovely salad and gorgeous creamy coleslaw. Loads to do and most things you can join the kids for a family experience. The go karts are great fun and the two guys running it are brilliant and very helpful. Too many things to mention, but I thoroughly recommend a visit. The only downside was finding It! We travelled down the A22 from Kent and followed the Tom Tom directions and it took us past the roundabout where we should have turned right to the next roundabout and to the left, where we ended up in an industrial park, as did a couple of other people we met. A sign just before the correct roundabout showing the turning to the right would be a great help. Also a sign just inside the Gateway would help as we weren't sure if we were in the right place or just a farm track. Amending the website to just one correct postcode would be invaluable as there are two or three on there. Definitely coming back as you are now a must for school holidays.

It's a great place to take the kids and there's a lot to do. The price had gone up a bit since last year, but they do seem to be developing the park a bit more, so I don't mind that too much.

Some of the activities (e.g. climbing wall, bungee trampoline and go-karts) are an additional cost, but there is a lot to do as standard, including a big soft play and various rides and shows, so you could keep a child amused without spending any extra.

The staff are very friendly (and often very young), and are very good with kids.

I have been bringing my son here on and off for the last 5 years, since he was 4. There is always plenty to do for him. Now he's bigger the go karts are fun (you have to pay extra). The drop slide and wave runner are great too and a relaxing row around the lake is good fun. Good thing about Knockhatch is that parents can join in most things too. They also take Tesco days out vouchers which help make it an inexpensive day.

This place is amazing. So much to do indoors and out. There is a massive soft play indoors with more than enough seating. Out doors has animals, some small rides and a Hugh outdoor adventure park plus lots more. The food is reasonable priced and very nice. The only issue is that the road to get in there needs resurfacing and the parking area gets full very quickly on busy days.

Simply a fantastic & incredible value for money day out for the family! A little something for everyone to do ! The park is very well thought out & everything is in perfect reach of each other! We went there for the first time today after debating on knockhatch or drusillas park as they are both within the same proximity of each other but we went for knockhatch as we hadn't visited yet but there is no doubt in my mind that we made the right choice! Not only is knockhatch a far superior day out but the price difference alone is a deal clincher! It's half the price & a much more rewarding day out even for the adults in the group! We all left with smiles & was already talking about a next visit! The staff are also all very nice & are & we're very very accommodating from the very point of entry ! There are concessions for the disabled & nothing is to much trouble! Well done knockhatch! Done us proud today & kept our little group entertained to the very end !!!!

Picked a good day for an off peak visit. Kids had a fantastic time. Fed and stroked the Wallabies, Froggies soft play, a Bug Ride, Bungee trampolines. Got a close look at the owls (thanks Owen!) and finished off with almost TWO hours in the Cannon Arena! Sleeping kids on the way home and a great day out.

My daughter, her little boy and myself had an amazing time today we got to see all the lovely little animals and feed them, all the staff were nice but the only downside to such a wonderful place was when we all went into froggies for our lunch and were just about to be served the man on the till was far to busy having a conversation with the female member of staff behind him, it was a good few minutes before he served us even though he could see us! this I found was very rude but the worst part is what they were talking about. I wont mention what it was but lets just say if my 35 year old daughter was to say such things I would be disgusted. these staff members should not be working in a place surrounded by small children.

We visited Knockhatch on a Sunday with our toddler and baby. We had a 25% off voucher so we all got in for under £15 which we thought was good value. During the winter months some of the activities were closed but there were still enough to keep everyone busy.

The animals were great, especially the Meerkats who all came to say hello. Our toddler also loved Barney the bird who can talk.

After seeing the animals he enjoyed the bouncing pillows and the chair ride. He also went on the runaway train simulator twice as he loved it so much.

Then we did the inside activities which were a huge indoor soft play and a foam ball shooting range. We spent hours in both activities and it gave us a rest while our toddler tired himself out! He keeps asking when we can go again.

We took our own food and sat on the picnic benches but there are a couple of cafes where you can get food and sit inside. Overall we thought it was a great day out and compared to other local attractions it is good value. The staff were also very friendly and happy which made our day better.

I first visited Knockhatch ski centre around 2002 during the ski centre's first season when my son was 7. We often visited the adventure park which was a always a great day out, but I felt the ability to ski would be a good skill for my son grow up with, an opportunity I had not had at his age.
He loved it - leaned to ski and board and spent many, many happy hours, most winter weekends on the slope. At 21 he still visits the slope on occasions with friends.
This is a family run business who keep their staff year on year which says something about them. A nicer, kinder or more thoughtful family would be hard to find, their first priority being the welfare and progression of their patrons, young people especially, in all aspects of their lives. Many of their customers have gone on to be be staff.
Running a ski centre is no mean feat, but to run one with such integrity is total commitment. Thank you Knockhatch and continued success to you.

Visited here with the grandchildren aged 8 & 5. Had a fantastic time, lots to do and kept the children occupied. The wave runner was a HUGE favourite even on an Autumn day, we don't remember being that fearless at 5 years of age!!!
It is good value for money, even more so if you take your own picnic with you.
Good day out, grandchildren happy and grandparents shattered.

it is getting better here they have extended indoor seating but not the playarea itself so abit manic hopefully they will. i think most animals need bigger enclosures mainly all the birds as there doing more for the visitors but not the animals hopefully that will improve food is good and reasonable but its definitely better in the summer thats the same price as October half-term

Lovely day out with the kids, two boys aged 7 and 9. We used our Tesco Clubcard Days Out vouchers so no cost but we did pay £2.50 for each of the boys to go on the Laser Guns for which you are given an allotted time, plus 50p for the animal feed. The animal farm was lovely and all the enclosures were good and well thought out. All the animals seemed happy and healthy.

It was a quiet day but drizzly so we made the most of the attractions before it got busy. The boys enjoyed the cannon shoot/fox hen house and the play centre (froggies). We ate in the cafe at Froggies play centre and had a 10" pizza, garlic bread and two drinks for £10.50. We bought snacks at a cafe later which were also reasonably priced.

The staff were all lovely and polite. We will definitely be visiting again with cousins in the summer.
