I have wanted to get in better shape for a long time now because though round is a shape it is not my preferred one… Cara recently got in touch about promoting her business and wherever possible I test out client services. I have just finished my first Dance Fit class in the privacy of my own front room with the curtains closed… it was Taylor Swifts Shake it off so as least I knew the tune and though I must have looked slightly mad trying to keep up, my heart rate is up and I am BUZZING… how could I not Cara is awesome and her energy is infectious! In less than 24 hours I am up and moving again… no more lockdown excuses for me!
