The pier no longer has the magic it did before the fire but so pleased it has been saved. Sad not to see the fishermen anymore. However lovely place to sit and see the sea. To many slot machines.

It's ok. just avoid the children's helicopter ride in the middle which just takes your one pound and does nothing.

liked the gift shop and pub, that was about it... the machines (cuddly toys-2p machines) most of them did not work.

the pier provides endless activity for kids. the pier had selection of activity and during low tide... kids could go rock pooling and my kids had found crabs, mussels and small fish which they let go after... they also enjoyed eating fish and chips at the famous Harry Ramsden..clean area to sit and watch the tide go by... will come back again

Used to be much better, however the bloke has seen sense and put an arcade on it, can't believe he took our pier fishing away!!! Been there for years!! 😒

A relaxing stroll along the pier on a sunny summer afternoon- perfect! The sound of waves gently breaking on the shore, gulls circling overhead, excited children squeals of delight - all contributing to a lovely, laid- back atmosphere.

You will find The VictorianTea Rooms and several arcades.Glass blown ornaments shop.Reasonably priced too! Fish and Chips at the pier are great too

The pier was nice to walk along, but the bar we went in was nice, but the food service was awful. After waiting for 45 minutes, I had to ask for my money back after being told it would be another 34 minute wait.
