Amazing family atmosphere. Well done to the team and Management. I have lived in Eastbourne for 12 years and it was the first visit. We will return. Thanks

Visited with our 2 year old son and he absolutely loved it. Its a beautiful setting with the large lake and landscaped areas. The playgrounds are good and the Wendy houses are a great idea.

We had lunch at the cafe and it was very reasonably priced. Good quality food too.

The train is brilliant for people of all ages especially the young ones. Drivers were very cheerful and friendly. The entrance price is fair for what is on offer. Our son had 3 rides in total which was more than enough. We will definitely be going back.

Train ride was good, refreshments good. I liked it that they asked if wewanted drinks in cardboard or China cups.<br>Also good they asked customers to put their empties back on their tray and take it to rack ready for cleaning. This meant tables clear when needed them and not full of used cups.

Excellent environment for a miniature train ride around a lake. Good for families with the playing area and a cafe. You can also walk around the lake along with the geese who reside there.

Day out with our three year old son. We loved it. He was thrilled to see Thomas and loved the other railway models. The park was great and so was the garden and maze. No queues for the train ride which was also lots of fun. We ordered food which was reasonably priced. Only criticism would be the cost for children as it was only 50p cheaper than an adult. As there were 4 of us we ended up with a family ticket. We would happily return as we all had a great day.

Brilliant park. Clean and well looked after . Nice little area for our young grandson. We have purchased passes as we expect to make a few visits here as we live locally. Probably a little expensive for a day ticket but times have changed and all prices have gone up. If you can spend a day here then itโ€™s good value. Lovely walk around the lake and a super train ride. The area is loved by the owners. Kiosk was serving lovely food but we only had drinks.

It's OK. Once you've had a ride on the train, there's only a mid sized playground and a nature walk to do. But let's face it, kids only want to ride the train at ยฃ1.50 for a 3 minute ride. 50 pounds for a 90minute visit for a family of 4. Worth doing if its your first time.

Great experience on the miniature steam train and the grounds are well maintained. Unfortunately not good value, almost ยฃ30 for 2 adults and a child 3+ for what is essentially one 3-minute train ride and access to a playground youโ€™d find at any local park for free. You have to pay for extra train rides and the model train exhibits are coin operated.

Walked here from Eastbourne; what a lovely place! All the staff were lovely. When the heavy rain shower stopped, ladies from the ticket office and cafe came and wiped down the children's play equipment to dry it - so thoughtful of them. Miniature steam train ride was fun and went right around the lake. Interesting history; built by the family. Clean and very reasonable prices. Great place to spend a few hours. We must have been the only adults there unaccompanied by children!
