I took my child to visit thinking it would just be a train ride and then go home. When I arrived I found there were so many different things to do. An adventure park, gardens, nature walk, maze etc the food was lovely and quite reasonably priced too. We ended up staying all day. I would recommend this place for a great fun day out.

Amazing it is at least. You can ride a mini real steam train smealing coal it so realistic unbelievable. And a grate part of national pioneering (steam trains) the top from that era. Educational for the kids and a lot of entertainment for kids. I am impressed

Lovely few hours exploring the area around the lake, the large playground and of course ride on the miniature railway.
Will visit again if in area.
P.s. expected weekend during school holidays to be packed, but there was plenty of room on this sunny day :)

A lovely little place located in the outskirts of Eastbourne. Nestled away behind a golf course this quint place offers a substantial miniature railway set around a large fishing pond. There’s plenty of parking and ticket prices includes 1 trip ok the steam train. Further trips can be purchased for reasonable prices. Under 3’s go free so for a family of 5 (including an under 3) you still get change for under £30.<br>Inside is a large seating area with various playgrounds set around the fishing pond. Two trains were running every couple of minutes when we visited which means ques are kept to a minimum. A cafe is available for hot and cold foods as well as a gift shop with all things train related. There are several small railway displays which you can operating for 20p which keeps the kids interested. The highlight is the train journey which snakes around the pond, though tunnels and Over bridges. There’s plenty of chances for waving to passers by and the kids loved the steam. Overall a good day out and well priced for what you get. Worth a visit if your into trains

Lovely day out for all the family and nice cafe with food and drink options. Be aware that it's not dog friendly - dogs aren't allowed in the park at all.

Our first time here and it was really good fun! The miniature train was really fun and faster than expected. It’s outside and uncovered so prepare to get wet if it’s raining!

Lots of playground equipment for children to play on.

It was raining when we went so we didn’t stay too long. I’d probably only stay there an hour or so anyway as once you’ve played in the park & ridden the train there’s not much else to do.

My 5 year old boy adored it here. There is quite a bit to do. There is a large playground area, a maze, a smaller playground. It has a really good area to walk around plus of course the mini train. There is a good selection of food on offer also. Great place will definitely be going back.
