Brilliantly organised, very safe procedures in place. Staff as always cheerful and as helpful as they can be. They can't help you unload at present so be sensible and if you will struggle with your waste phone a friend or wait until they are able to assist you.

I have found staff to be very helpful. It's well run. Great shop for recycled items. Shame there are charges for some items now, surely this will cause more fly tipping?

I really don’t recognise the comments about unhelpful staff - the staff, range of items the recycle and setup of the site are all fantastic. They won’t help lift items but neither will staff at any other site because of insurance issues.<br><br>As noted by others, it does have poor opening hours however, hence the 4 stars.
