The service was excellent, however, if you take a van as I did you will need 2 forms of ID which I didn't know so queued twice. I think a notice at the entrance regarding this would be helpful to us with a van

Brilliantly organised, very safe procedures in place. Staff as always cheerful and as helpful as they can be. They can't help you unload at present so be sensible and if you will struggle with your waste phone a friend or wait until they are able to assist you.

I have found staff to be very helpful. It's well run. Great shop for recycled items. Shame there are charges for some items now, surely this will cause more fly tipping?
