Great experience today! Yes there were big queues and a long wait but everything ran smoothly and it is set up very professionally. The staff were very smiley, friendly and helpful. It would encourage me to go back!

The service was excellent, however, if you take a van as I did you will need 2 forms of ID which I didn't know so queued twice. I think a notice at the entrance regarding this would be helpful to us with a van
