If you’ve never been to a tribute night at the bandstand, you should go! Few things are as much fun for everyone, of any age, the atmosphere is great and all the bands deliver a great show. The same goes for the 1812 nights - more old school but still a great night out.

Lovely venue on the seafront, we've seen a large variety of acts perform here from classical music concerts, live tribute acts and DJs for kids parties in the summer evenings. Tickets are excellent value.<br><br>Music is usually pretty good, the staff are friendly and helpful, the bar is reasonably priced. There's often a big queue for the bar, so be prepared to wait! Some of the seating is under cover for when the weather is typically British. I would suggest arriving early for good seats as seating is unallocated.<br><br>The building itself is looking a little tatty at the moment, however funds are being raised to refurbish it currently.

always enjoy going to the tribute nights at the bandstand,they get some really good acts,recently seen the supremes and cliff Richard and the underground shadows{both very good}the venue itself is brilliant with a great atmosphere and well worth a visit.

Sadly there has been no areoplanes flying due to the poor weather. We travelled 2 hours for the airshow. But at the end of the day everyone has to be safe kind regards Kathy Robson

1920 s- 30s style but its all original ...great band stand ,round in style with coloured panels....sunk in a low level ,with seating.....upper tier the same ….great spectacle for wedsdays fireworks ,or Fridays live bands(different each week....tribute bands ) a must GO

I'm so thrilled to see an old fashioned way of enjoying yourself is still going strong. Went to see the Gatsby jukebox play and I'm so glad I did. Had a wonderful night. Took our own snacks but there is a bar if you would like a drink. They also serve tea and coffee too. Staff were exceptional. Service was brilliant and I will most certainly be attending again. Looking forward to the proms and fireworks which are every Wednesday. Ticket prices are under £10 when you pay on the night and a few quid cheaper if you book early. I highly recommend this to anyone who loves some outside entertainment. Perfect way to spend an evening without breaking the bank. Excellent!

Really good price even for a tribute act. Drinks werent extortionate. Saw bob marley and it was very entertaining. Plenty of folk getting up to dance which made it a fun and relaxed venue.

Last night as the weather cleared we enjoyed a concert of familiar Gilbert and Sullivan songs. Well done to everyone from the Eastbourne G and S society for continuing with the wind !!!

We saw the Wealden Brass Band. I didn`t know what to expect but it was great. We were served a variety of tunes, compilations and two guest artists. A soprano and a chap who played the bagpipes? The venues was packed out and the seating is on a first come basis. Very relaxing.

Always a nice place to walk through or around. I've noticed every time I visit Eastbourne 2-3 times a yr... the Bandstand always has event taking place<br>.if it be choirs, singers, disco nights, Sunday sermons ..there's always something for somebody.
