Being an enclosed space, you're afforded some protection from the weather. Also. it has fairly decent acoustics for an outdoor venue.

Great place for live music. Which is on every friday and Saturday in the summer months. There's also the 1812 concert on Wednesdays. Tickets are reasonably priced too

Awesome unusual outdoor venue. Saw a George Michael tribute act who was very good. Ticket prices was very reasonable for the quality of event and venue.

As residents we regularly visit the Eastbourne Bandstand to see a variety of bands and tribute artists. It is a unique and special place that really lends itself as a live music venue. Cannot recommend highly enough as a great and inexpensive, night out.

Book early to get main arena tickets
We had terrace tickets and went early to get seats near the front.
The performance was very good. There's a bar available and toilets nearby.
As it is outdoors it is best to check the weather forecast before booking. I took a cushion and blanket as I feel the cold and was fine.

We saw some really good shows here; brilliant! The staff were helpful and informative and the concerts were wonderful. Real, live shows for very little money and a licenced bar selling hot drinks to boot. A really great venue. If you're in Eastbourne it's a must!

We went to the 1812 Concert last Wednesday evening. The rain held off and the concert was brilliant culminating in a spectacular firework display.

The Bandstand has various tribute bands throughout the summer season too. The tickets are reasonably priced and the Bandstand is well worth a visit.

The only downside was that the ladies toilets situated outside the Bandstand were closed which would have been inconvenient if anyone wanted to spend a penny.

Always like Eastbourne. Saw Rod Stewart tribute show. He was good, but only on for 1.5 hours. Seen the real Rod for longer.

There's a very good reason that this is called 'The Busiest Bandstand in England' There are lots of concerts, tribute bands and other events going on throughout the year. Great atmosphere, with a bar for drinks and snacks. Lots of on street parking nearby. Definitely a great place to visit.

Beautiful location right on the pier! They do events all through summer, I was there for Rod Stewart act and it was so fun. Cheap tickets around £8 for show.

A magical place right on the seafront for the right gig. It was a particularly atmospheric place for the annual Christmas market until it was decided to relocate to the main shopping street and loose the atmos.
