Our annual trip to Drusilla's on Monday 18rh June was brilliant as it is every year. James speaks so enthusiasticly about the animals & creatures in his care. The children learn so much & talk about the trip for a long time afterwards.

I have now been twice with my wife and 6 year old grandson. We have loved it on both occassions. Something for everyone. My grandson has learnt so much about animals and their habitats and is delighted with the water park! The time flies by. We have now bought annual passes as we shall be back many more times!

I was looking for something to do with my Children as my wife was away for the weekend. Its tricky with a five year old and a two year old.
I decided on taking them to Drusillas. I made the right choice!
I got an advance ticket (which saved a little money). I got down there for midday, Picnic strapped to the buggy.
We got in an found a nice lawned area to picnic before wandering around. We found plenty of rides which were age appreciate for my childrens. We found many many animals to feed, watch and learn about. There were areas to wear the children out in the massive playground areas, each designated by age or wet play. There are also plenty of rest stops.
I took a picnic so we didn't try the restaurants but stopped for an ice lolly which wasnt over priced
Nothing was overpriced. Not massive up sells. There was so much to do. I loved it. I only wish i lived nearer and then i would buy the annual pass.

Love this zoo but would avoid the Santa's grotto. Too expensive for an ordinary family once you have paid the entrance price

A fantastic day out, such a shame that it's priced itself out of so many peoples budgets (to take my five children it was almost £100 and that's just admission!)

Visited with my three year old and one year old grandchildren. We were pleasantly surprised with the zoo the animals all looked really well although as it was rather warm a lot were asleep at the time we visited ,loved the zoo directions which meant we didn't miss any animals really loved feeding the Lorikeets they were so friendly and loved their sweet drink which there was a lot of fighting over. The play park was brilliant and the kiddies loved the trampoline ,the rides were good and the three year old went on them all , the only reason I didn't give it
A five rating was because I think there wasn't any big rides for older children apart from that it was really enjoyable

My husband and boys chose the anteater experience for me as a surprise. I adore anteaters and was so delighted. I’ve been to Drusilla’s before but this was e brilliant extra. My boys are now 12 and 14 but still loved the day, but my experience was forever memorable.
The keeper was so knowledgeable and put up with all my questions. She was inciteful and passionate about her job and the animals. It was amazing seeing where the food was prepared and then to feed Olivia and Diego was phenomenal - watching their tongues in a bottle with raw egg as they lapped every bit was incredible. It’s also great to see how this helps with their wellbeing as a chance to check claws, bodies, tongues etc.
I could keep Rambling as it was one of the most outstanding opportunities I’ve had.
I’ll stop there. But a HUGE thank you to Drusillas and the wonderful keeper.

We had a lovely day at Drusillas. Something for all ages. We had a 10 month old little girl, 5 & 7 year old lively boys and they all had a great time. Every time we visit, we always experience something new. We really liked the way that you are able to be
so close to the animals.
