I headed straight to DB Domestics on the Wednesday before Christmas as I urgently needed a new washing machine. The staff at DB were not pushy and didn't attempt to do the hard sell at all, they were extremely helpful. I wasn't expecting a delivery before Christmas, but was pleasantly surprised to have my new washing machine delivered, plumbed in and old machine taken way the following afternoon for free. I cannot fault the service and would recommend to anybody.

Affordable prices, quality products. Not happy at all with the delivery service. Very poor moving and handling service. Delivery people doesn't pay attention at all after your products. They are doing the job just to get rid of items from their van. They nearly break the washing machine.

Had to arrange, by phone, for a new hob and oven to be chosen and fitted. The staff I spoke to on the phone were all very helpful and polite. They gave good advice and information. Fitting took place as arranged but I cannot comment on this as I was not there!

Dishwasher died. I looked on DB Domestics website to see what was available, then phoned and spoke to a really helpful guy. He helped me make my choice over the phone. I paid, the delivery was sorted, it was just really easy. Nice guys delivered new dishwasher, set it up, took the old one away. I call that really good service, no make that fantastic customer service. Thank you.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Although the dishwasher is tricky to fill, and doesn’t hold as much as our previous one, I’ll focus my review on the service which was outstanding. The two men were polite and worked well together. There was a problem with the flooring being too high as it was fitted since my previous integrated dishwasher was installed, and they worked hard to find a solution, including popping off for ten minutes to buy a new tool. I’m sure I wouldn’t have had this service from a big national. Thank you.

DB Domestics saved our Christmas when our oven finally died 6 days before Christmas Day. They were so helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and they delivered and installed when they said they would, neatly, cleanly and politely. Top quality service. Very grateful. Thanks to all that helped us out.

So it was 30th of December we went to turn on our oven and it had died a death to put it nicely, as we have used DB domestics before they were our first port of call my wife rang and explained our situation and the very helpful sales man said to go in as soon as possible within the hour I had chosen a new oven and had a delivery slot for the next day and it didn’t break the bank , all in all very exceptional and friendly service would recommend to anybody looking for any new appliances, could not be happier if they had ten stars I would give it , and also took the old one and packaging from the new one away free of charge

I was very impressed with the very efficient men/fitters. They were both friendly and very helpful. They disconnected my old washing machine, which they took away, then installed the new one without any problems. No mess at all. They talked me through how the machine operated before they left. It took no longer than 20 minutes. I am delighted with my new washing machine and can’t wait to get the back log of washing done 🙂

Saved the Turkey!
Our oven broke on Christmas eve and we rang at 1.30pm. They closed at 2pm so we raced down and managed to buy a new oven. Very helpful service and they managed to find us a stocked oven which we are very pleased with.
So Christmas dinner was a success.

Our integral washing machine broke just before Xmas. DB Domestics had one in stock of the make we wanted but we were only available for delivery and fitting on one morning. DB Domestics went the extra mile to ensure we were accommodated at that time. The fitters were their usual fast, efficient and cheerful selves (this is our third kitchen appliance from them) and I can strongly recommend them for fair pricing and excellent service.
