we brought a new tumble Dryer from DB as the one we had from my mother was 30 years Old and DB Domestics had fixed it a good few times at a very reasonable costs but sadly this time they could not.

We called up about a product which they didn’t have immediately available. We were then advised by the team member about a similar product which was actually cheaper. We paid over the phone and received our delivery at 8.30am the following day. We’re very happy with the alternative product and the faultless service. 5 star all the way and every time.

Brilliant service from DB replacing my oven and turning off the gas as I’ve moved from dual fuel to induction. They were prompt in the agreed time slot and didn’t even whinge about it being the top floor flat!
