From start to finish absolute excellent customer service, from talking on the phone to delivery of my new washing machine (the very next day might I add) The delivery guys were brilliant and had the machine up and running very quickly, and as promised took away the old machine. I wanted to buy a dryer, after the weather changed in mid-November, as I lived in Eastbourne, I was able to visit their store, where the staff was helpful and arrangement was made, to deliver the next day, even though it was a Saturday.
