I think the DB website should be much much clearer about 'expected wait times' due to Brexit or whatever the reason BEFORE taking your money. Unfortunately their website does not given any indication of how long possible wait times can actually be if the items are coming in from Europe. Once my appliance arrived at their showroom (in my case 6 weeks after ordering) the delivery was quick and the guys very efficient.

We visited the showroom on Friday for a new washing machine and tumble drier. The next day they were both delivered and installed. We have always gone to DB Domestics as they never try to sell you the earth, and the service from the staff is excellent.

Excellent service. I ordered my dishwasher on line. It was a very easy site to negotiate. I then rang to arrange delivery, installation and recycling of my old dishwasher. Everything was organised late afternoon one day and my new dishwasher was in by 11am the next morning. All staff we came in to contact with were polite, helpful and professional.

Following lengthy discussions with Michael Simmons, interrupted on a number of occasions by Covid, we finally had our new kitchen installed. Michael managed to incorporate all of our requirements making our original small badly designed kitchen into one that exceeded our expectations. The installation team, headed up by Adam and ably assisted by Josh, did a magnificent job, overcoming a number of obstacles along the way, to leave us with a beautiful kitchen that we are happy to say features within the DB Kitchens gallery. Having seen Keiron re a faulty oven I decided to buy a new one and made the perfect choice in your showroom with good advice from the team. I had the best experience when buying an Electric fireplace from DB Domestics on 10th January 2022.
