Great prices, low price for fitting and friendly service. Will definitely be using again. Bought a dishwasher and fridge freezer this year from you.
Only thing that went a bit wrong is you delivered to the billing address rather than tenants, but that's OK, luckily it was only 2 mins drive away. The address part /driver communications maybe could be tightened up a bit as I definitely gave all the info when ordering.

Friendly, helpful service when I called initially. Engineer called promptly, found fault. While he was here I asked if he could replace the door seal which the dog had chewed some months before. He took photos and researched item. Returned 48 hours later and did work. Excellent service from all and very helpful. Recommend you use them if you have a faulty appliance. Same week, we had a fault with our oven - quickly diagnosed as the heating element which the engineer had on board and he replaced it there and then. Excellent. Thanks DB!

Engineer knew immediately the cause of the problem, used pliers to carefully remove wire, problem resolved no damage caused

Repair tech arrived on time with replacement part to be fitted if needed. Issue was foreign body in pump impeller, this was removed and unit now works great
