Bought several appliances, washing machine, oven, also a Hoover. All the staff were approachable, friendly, very helpful and understanding to the requirements of what I required. When faced with a challenge, such as the oven not being fitted as it should, the DB team were on hand and dealt with the problem promptly, efficiently and without any barriers or issues. Thank you.

The staff were very helpful , and were able to guide us through available stock, which was invaluable in these difficult and testing times for everyone. We ordered our gas hob on the Monday and it was delivered FREE on Wednesday ! What a service. ! Definitely shop in a shop to see the actual goods. You can't beat the human touch and DB Domestics are a friendly family concern.Excellent.
