Our 16 yr. old washing machine went bang on Saturday morning, so we ventured into D.B's early afternoon. We're greeted by Rob, who directed us to the washing machine display area. Such a vast range of choice, where do you start
"Price ".."Make" .. what does it look like ? That's where Robs's knowledge came in and within 30 minutes we had chosen and paid for our new gadget !
Monday afternoon, the washing machine was delivered. Old one disconnected and new fixed in place. Old one taken away.

Visited DB Domestics showroom to purchase new fridge freezer. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Whilst selected appliance was not immediately available, we were contacted as arranged with details of when it would be, and arranged delivery. Delivery van arrived as expected and appliance was put in place and set up by the very helpful delivery men.

The Dimplex fire we were interested in was not in your showroom but it was in your warehouse. Your sales lady very kindly took one from the warehouse, set it up in the showroom and demonstrated it working. We were very impressed and bought the fire. Fantastic service.

Brought a new Dyson hoover, Samsung. Microwave. And Bloomberg cooker and hob which was fitted at a convenient time for myself. Both staff in the shop and the fitters are very helpful and very informative. I will highly recommend you go there rather then using other so called big name groups who just ignore you. Looks like I will be going back soon for my new Smeg kettle and toaster 😊. Thanks again to all the staff there 👍
