I received helpful advice when visiting your shop in order to purchase a Fridge Freezer
The whole process of placing the order and organising delivery went very smoothly and it arrived on time .Unfortunately there was damage to the Fridge freezer but this was taken back and followed by a very prompt phone call from the shop to organise the delivery of another one This again arrived on time and the two delivery men took great care taking the old one out and bringing in and positioning the new one

Did my research. I had researched the item I wanted on line. I had used the DB website to get the price. I went to the shop just over a week later and saw the item was £50 more than the price advertised on line. I said this to the salesman he said the price had increased. I wasn't too happy at that so managed to negotiate a small reduction but nothing near the price advertised on line. Delivery and fitting and disposal of the old machine went very smoothly.

A friendly and knowledgeable advisor in the shop helped with our choice which was installed the next day with the old unit being removed. A slight issue with a difference in sizes between the old and the replacement unit was easily solved by them.

We needed a new washing machine and couldn't quite make up our minds which one to buy. One was recommended to us by the sales advisor so we bought it. The washing machine was delivered and installed by 1pm the following day and the old one was taken away. Very pleased with the excellent service we received and would highly recommended them.

Excellent service in showroom was shown exactly what I asked for. No pressure to upgrade. Delivery next day as promised. Old appliance taken away new one fitted all packaging taken away and new appliance left working. Have been using this company for years, always recommend them to anyone needing new or replacement appliances. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

I couldn't be happier with my experience. I needed a new cooker, washing machine and vacuum cleaner - started looking online - sent an email enquiring about availability, delivery, installation and some general advice. Received a phonecall within hours - the man on the phone was incredibly helpful and informative. I have very little experience in purchasing large appliances - he explained everything I needed to know and worked with me on my limited budget to fulfil all my needs. Had to wait a week or so for one of the items to come into stock - as soon as it was they called to arrange delivery and installation - they were great at communicating with me via phone and email throughout my experience. The day of installation 2 men came and brought the cooker up to my flat (and made no complaint about the 2 flights of stairs they had to conquer!) They were both super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was an issue with the pipework so the washing machine couldn't be fitted on the day - the 2 men were absolutely brilliant in explaining to me in layman's terms what was wrong and what I had to do to fix it. They went above and beyond in helping me relay the issue to my housing repairs people over the phone, offering to keep hold of the washing machine in the warehouse until I was ready for it and come back to install it. I will gladly be recommending DB Domestics to everyone I know - they made the stress of moving to a new property that bit easier and I will absolutely return to them in future!

I ordered an Indesit fridge which was delivered the next day The old one was to be taken away I was not impressed with the delivery man instead of taking it out the back way he said no he would go out through the hall. When picking up in the kitchen said there is a lot of water in it. The two men proceeded to carry it through the hallway dripping rusty water all over tgr Hall carpet. When I pointed it out he said it would dry. Well it did dry but the rust stains were still there. I rang the Eadtbourne store to complain and after the operator saying What do you want me to do about it? He agreed to send a carpet cleaner to come and clean it free of charge which he did so all okay. I still feel annoyed about the delivery driver if he had taken a bit more care in the first place. I do hope he has been told of my complaint. However I have no problem with the store as they rectified the problem.
