Popped into the shop in seaside road Eastbourne. Was greeted with a smile and asked what we we’re looking for. An induction hob. Was shown all on display. Told of their after care. Found one and bought. All within 30 minutes.

We received an excellent service from DB Domestics.
Our fridge/freezer broke down overnight at the end of May. We didn't want to go traipsing around all the shops for a new one! This company were recommended by someone, initially for repairs.
The customer service were vey helpful and it appeared that a new one was needed. Transferred to the sales dept. and again very knowledgeable and helpful. Discussed over the phone what replacement we needed. It was delivered the next day!! Very efficient and professional

Excellent company. Able to deliver purchase within a few days, took away my old washing machine and fitted the new one with no additional charge. This is the third large appliance bought from DB domestics and I would highly recommend them and regularly do so to my friends.

My washing machine died and as the lady I'd bought my house from last year told me it was quite old rather than opt for a repair I went for new. Went to DB that same morning and saw the machine I wanted at a price I was happy to pay. The very following day it was delivered, installed and the old one taken away. An exceptional level of service. I always come to DB Domestics for white goods and will continue to do so.

A friendly reception and enquiry as to what we were looking for today. Shown a wide range of appliances and given a brief description of some. Enquired about what we were replacing and of our future need. The best seller they had was shown to us with no favour to a particular brand given. We actually went with their advice and purchased the best selling appliance. The delivery was prompt and the installation and removal painless. I would definitely recommend D.B. Domestics.

Went to DB Domestics as I have had previous experience with them and have always had excellent service. Two big advantages of buying from DB Domestics is to be able to see their large range of ovens and not just view them online. Secondly, their staff are very well informed.
