I call up for a quotation to have the washing machine door handle repaired or replaced. After sending across a photo of the door, a quote appeared and it was accepted and within x2 days installed. Very pleased with the service.

I knew roughly what I wanted and what I was happy to pay, therefore it made my choice easy.
I tried to negotiate a price down, but as I’m a single women I had to have it fitted. It’s a shame, as I know I could have got the same double oven cheaper elsewhere.
However, it was delivered and fitted the very next day.
The rail slides were difficult to fit and instructions were lacking. It took 4 different intelligent people to get it sorted 😃.
Also the knobs on the oven are hard to read, unless you are over 6ft tall.

All went well really. Certainly from DB Domestics point of view. My old machine got ruined by a blanket disintegrating inside. This also caused a blockage in the drain. It would have been useful if DB Domestics could have provided or recommended a service to deal with this. In the event, I had to find somebody to deal with the blockage before I could use the machine and it added around £95 to the bill.
The new machine is good. I've read good reviews. I bought it over the phone, so I was taking a chance with DB Domestics. All seemed fine, as far as I can see so far and the bits I've used are working well.

We contacted DB Electrics repair service as our oven kept tripping our fuse box. Initially it was thought that the element needed replacing but this turned out not to be the case. However on a return visit, Neil did a thorough investigation of the problem and his perseverance to get the fault solved was admirable. The oven is now back working. It’s great to have a store like DB that not only sells appliances but comes out and repairs them when needed.

Having an issue with a misaligned overhead cupboard meant the cooker I had chosen would not be suitable, the fitters arranged for the original cooker to be removed & my 2nd choice was delivered later the same day.
