We love this shop. We have bought a couple of appliances there and the sales team have always been very helpful and knowable about the product. They charge a small fee for fitting and taking away your old appliance. The fitters are second to none. Very respectful of your property. Very quick to install the appliance and remove the old one If you have one. All in all we give the DB domestics five stars plus.

A tenant had a fridge/freezer which was not operating as it should. Spoke to repairs department, they advised what to do before an engineer came out. It was deemed after this not repairable. New one ordered and with tenant in 2 days, installed and old one removed. Good advice, and quick service.
