I have received excellent service through the Eastbourne branch. Every member of staff has been super helpful, honest, efficient and able to advise me on the purchase of a new fridge freezer. They ordered the frost free Bosch model which arrived in a few days. Once it had settled it was super quiet and energy efficient. The delivery team were very kind, respectful and efficient. We love this shop. We have bought a couple of appliances there and the sales team have always been very helpful and knowable about the product. They charge a small fee for fitting and taking away your old appliance. The fitters are second to none. Very respectful of your property. Very quick to install the appliance and remove the old one If you have one. All in all we give the DB domestics five stars plus.
