Needed 3 new appliances as was moving into new house. Went in store and was expertly shown suitable white goods with explanations on best for energy efficiency. Was given a great price for all 3 items and went ahead with order. All 3 delivered when promised the day after we had moved in. Small glitch with where the plug for a washing machine was but the guys handled it all very professionally and installed all 3 items. Could not ask for better service. We purchased a new combined washer / dryer. The man in the sales room was very helpful and the two fitters couldn’t have been more charming. The fitting was a bit complicated but they made sure everything was right and took away our old washing machine and our old dryer. Tip top service.

You replced my Miele washer /dryer with a washing machine with NO dryer. I eventually complained and you immediately replaced it with a much more satisfactory LG washer/dryer which although perfectly adequate is not as good as the Miele was!

Recently purchased an oven. Unfortunately the oven developed a fault after a few days. On contacting DB Domestics they attended the same day and immediately fitted a replacement new one and took the other one away. The second one has worked perfectly and is clearly a "good buy".
I cannot fault DB Domestics for their attention and quality of care. They are an excellent company and we shall definitely use them again. I would very highly recommend them, without hesitation from the helpful advice from the person in store to the excellent after sales service. One satisfied customer!

Moved into a new home on the Friday, found the oven was not working- called DB domestics Saturday afternoon and they had a suitable replacement in stock. Installed the new one on the Monday morning. The price was competitive, in fact cheaper than elsewhere as they fitted the new one and removed and disposed of the old one all included in the price (those services were “add ons” at other stores including online ones). Gents were very friendly and efficient- installed in less than an hour, checked it was working properly and gave good verbal handover of instructions. A* service on all fronts and will definitely use them again. Thanks DB Team ☺️
