Very helpful in finding me a speedy slot to check my washing machine and delivery of a new one. Telephone manner was courteous and helpful. The delivery though, my kitchen looked a complete mess, with dirt all over the floor and the sides and nothing put back where they’d pulled stuff out. They didn’t remove the tumble dryer either that I was told would be included. I wasn’t there for the delivery so I came home to it.

I thought my old fridge had gone kaput on a Sunday. Ordered a new one from DB. The guy was really helpful. Even more so when I called to cancel the next morning. My fridge was working. Prompt action and no trying to persuade me. I appreciate that.

Excellent service by DB Domestics. Visited the Eastbourne Branch, staff very helpful and informative. Induction hob in stock and a quick installation appointment was made. The guys installing the hob arrived on time , were tidy and completed the job to complete satisfaction. I would highly Recommend DB Domestics.

Brilliant family run business with exceptional customer service (unlike some of the bigger companies currys & Ao etc) from first call to delivery along with recommendations to a local reliable & friendly Electrical company for further works required for my new Hob.
