Just taken delivery of an integrated fridge freezer to replace the one that broke earlier in the week. From beginning to end the service was excellent. Staff at the showroom were knowledgeable and friendly. It was due to be fitted later today but they arrived two hours earlier which was great. It was fitted in no time and they took the old one away too. Highly recommended.

We went in for tumble dyer and a new fridge. We received excellent advice on the different types of tumble dyers and their running costs. We ended up buying a heat pump dryer (this was the first time I’d heard of them). The team are very knowledgeable and you don’t feel rushed or pressured to buy. We will be getting our new kitchen from them as well as the appliances to go in it. Overall a very enjoyable shopping experience and would highly recommend.

Needed 3 new appliances as was moving into new house. Went in store and was expertly shown suitable white goods with explanations on best for energy efficiency. Was given a great price for all 3 items and went ahead with order. All 3 delivered when promised the day after we had moved in. Small glitch with where the plug for a washing machine was but the guys handled it all very professionally and installed all 3 items. Could not ask for better service. We purchased a new combined washer / dryer. The man in the sales room was very helpful and the two fitters couldn’t have been more charming. The fitting was a bit complicated but they made sure everything was right and took away our old washing machine and our old dryer. Tip top service.

You replced my Miele washer /dryer with a washing machine with NO dryer. I eventually complained and you immediately replaced it with a much more satisfactory LG washer/dryer which although perfectly adequate is not as good as the Miele was!

Recently purchased an oven. Unfortunately the oven developed a fault after a few days. On contacting DB Domestics they attended the same day and immediately fitted a replacement new one and took the other one away. The second one has worked perfectly and is clearly a "good buy".
I cannot fault DB Domestics for their attention and quality of care. They are an excellent company and we shall definitely use them again. I would very highly recommend them, without hesitation from the helpful advice from the person in store to the excellent after sales service. One satisfied customer!
